Great descriptions of Norfolk. Especially like the added notes on Ocean View. It’s truly a hidden gem for views & water access that you will NEVER find at this price point anywhere else in the Tidewater area. Keep up the good work!

Great video. I’m moving to VA very soon and is looking to live in the Chesapeake are, renting first and eventually will buy within this year. Will you do a video of where you recommend to live in that area for 2023 some time?

I used to live by a fairly large Port City which had nice areas but in some areas crime was high. Is Norfolk similar in that way?

Hi Sam! Is there anyone you can recommend for renting, because I am not sure if you do rental properties. I am planning on taking a job opportunity in the base and looking for a safe place to keep raising my child. I would appreciate any input, and thanks for all the content you provide.

Do not move to this place. Nothing but violence, gunshots every single night, tons of noise, pollution from the naval yards, the helicopters flying to the base trains, people, shouting, violence, people, breaking into cars, everybody has a chip on their shoulder. Stay away from this whole damn area unless you plan to stay in your house. I am so angry. I watched all of these videos spent a bunch of money coming over here to find a lie. None of this stuff is true. Do not move here or you will be a very unhappy person.

Totally agree 😢all this going on while police play solitaire behind buildings, but remember that they are short handed! What a crock 💩

My favorite Norfolk police situation is when they got their new scooters and they were driving around like the teenage mutant ninja Turtles. That was a complete waste of money. I had to go through therapy when I left that place. It will always leave a black mark on my soul. 😂😂😂 such a shame, because the place is really pretty, but with the flooding, the piss, poor attitude that everybody has over there, the unnecessary violence, parking issues and honestly if you get out of Ghent the place is just trash. I was only there for the Chrysler Museum!

Àt least they are off the streets, allowing people to totally disregard stop signs and speed limits😮 check it out, prince Edward way and Llewellyn,, it's a safe place to lip sync if you don't try to cross the street 😢

I left that place. I found someone to take over my lease and I ran like my hair was on fire. After I left, I had to go through a months worth of acupuncture twice a week to undo the trauma that was inflicted on me just by living there. I also lived downtown in one of the Nussbaum properties. I highly highly suggest never living in a Nussbaum owned property.

Hey Sam ,check out Ghent commons, and see for yourself the total disregard for public safety 😮sad and dangerous,to bad about all our money the city spent on stop signs that are totally ignored, not to mention the speed limit of 15mph,what a joke 😅
