      @@eddywave3315 There are many good brands but it is something very personal. A dresser for me is probably not a dresser for you. Pay attention that it protects your ankle well and if you are going to do offroad I would say that you go for high boots with protection on the shin.

    Ah that’s better without the music. Great job. Cool to get a beginners opinion instead of the typical reviews by bike mag writers.
    This bike sounds vicious for a 450. If they were available where I am in British Columbia I would be riding one right now although from what I hear they are going to be quite expensive when they do come to Canada. Honesty if they end up in the same range as Japanese competitors over here I don’t think they will do well. For a Chinese bike to compete with the big boys they are going to have to be substantially cheaper.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  3 месяца назад +1

      Thank you! This is why I decided to make these videos, I was curious how an average guy would feel riding these)
      It does sound great! I think these CFmotos are getting better and better in every aspect, but you’re right, if the price is the same with Japanese bikes, people will not buy it. In China it’s 4400$, and I can’t believe how much of a motorcycle you get for this money! Please let me know when it gets to Canada, I’m so curious to see how much it will cost 🤝

    I love the fact we are getting reviews straight out of China, seriously. That is really something. Regarding your wheelie practice.... I recommend you try in second gear with clutch. First gear with clutch can be dangerous. If you practice in second gear at least you can ride it out a little further before the revs get too high. I appreciate the fact that you covered two items that are specially of interest to me... Top speed and wheelie capability. I do like this bike and I recently put a deposit on one. It is supposed to arrive in August in the USA. But I will have to test drive it I am not sure I am sold yet. I already ordered a 2024 Honda Africa twin and I am super excited about that. I also test road the Yamaha tenere 700 and I really liked it. The CF 450 Moto does seem like an excellent bike but I'm just not sure it is going to allow me the top end speed I would like on the highway.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  3 месяца назад +2

      Thank you for your comment!
      Regarding wheelies, I tried second gear wheelies on MT450 but it was very hard to bring it up. I can lift the wheel just a little bit, so I found a safe place to do first gear high wheelies. I do second ones on my 800NK though)
      It’s very important for me to see what I did here was useful for you!
      Honda and Yamaha are great motorcycles! T700 was a bike of my friend when we were kids, we rode a lot on it). You should definitely try it before your order, I’m very curious to see what you have to say about it! Keep in touch, hope to hear from you soon 🤝

    Nice video! I think the tires make a big difference - the bike is definitely better for off road though it’s good in the city but I think the stock tires aren’t good for pavement, seems like they wear quickly based on the ones I’ve seen around my city (Kunming). BTW Dizimini - I just rode the new NX400 by Honda -! Really nice bike with a few new things compared to the 400X. I wanted to test the Triumph 400 speed but they didn’t have any so I happened upon the new Honda - definitely a top contender to consider.

      Tires aren’t the best if you’re trying to get 100% of it’s potential, but I really feel good doing my stuff with these tires, but I agree, if you want to improve it to the max, you can get the other set of tires!
      I haven’t ridden NX400, but now I’m
      curious. Maybe I’ll check on it 🤜🤛

    That is a pretty respectable top speed for a 450 Adventure bike, why do people think it should do more? The Himalayan 450, Triumph Scrambler 400X and KTM 390 Adventure all do about 160km/h too. Their clocks might read 5km/h higher than the MT but I guarantee their GPS speed is much closer to what you achieved. GPS speed is accurate, clock speeds are not, I've seen up to 10% errors in clock speed. The MT's clock speed is actually surprisingly accurate. Why would anyone buy a new bike and then spend extra money and do stupid things to their new bike to get an extra 5 or 6km/h and shorten the life of their motorcycle in the process. For those chasing speed, buy a bigger sport bike, adventure bikes are not about speed.
    The wheelies are coming along nicely!

This 450 is light and fun! I often find myself chilling to the extent where I forget I’m riding ) it’s great for what I like, and I think people would love it too!
      Thank you, I try to keep my wheelies up! Still scary but I see the progress

    Probably this engine can give more power at 5 and 6 gear but will need to be remapped.
    One little tip for you, in order to get the max speed one needs to get the highest torque at the right revs, but eventually each gear has to be squeezed at its max, hence max revs.
    Try it next time and likely the bike will fly faster

    • @kaotic2007

      This bike seem to have really short gear, it's more offroad oriented. I don't know if there is room to install a 140/80 tyre at the rear. In my country seem impossible to find a 140/70. Only that will give you a 4% longer, adding 6/7more km/h and lowering rpm at the same speed

    Esta motocicleta está ficando unanime na escolha dessa cilindrada e categoria no mundo todo. Batendo de frente com a Tenere e Honda. Pelo preço e qualidade. Muitos ainda têm preconceito infelizmente por ser chinesa. Mas é indiscutível a qualidade do produto. A Tenere tem seu nome feito. Mas a CFMOTO acertou que muitos querem motos mais baixas e inicarem no mundo off-road. Menos por vezes é mais. E a bom preço. Então o mundo está apreciando muito as baixas cilindradas. Muito visível e claro esse crescimento. No Brasil Então nem te conto.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  2 дня назад +1

      In China Tenere will cost more than 3 times the price of 450mt, so the choice is obvious! I heard that in some countries the price of 450mt is very high, so I’m not sure whether I would have considered mt450 if it was twice the price, but in China, so far it might be my favorite bike in this price range

      @@eddywave3315 bom. Na verdade ainda não sei. A 450MT chegou a Portugal por 6500 euros. Talvez um pouco menos em dólares. Não sei se já há dela nos Estados Unidos da América. Mas no Brasil se chegar, já se estima o valor a partir de 37 mil reais. O que daria uma conversão certa e direta em euros. Contudo, ela seria a motocicleta bicilindrica mais barata do Brasil. E iria fazer a Honda e a Yamaha que não trouxe ainda motos nessa faixa, arrancarem os cabelos. O bom que a CFMOTO já opera muito bem seus quadriciclos aqui. Então já tem muitas lojas nesse país tão grande em território. Nada demais pra Honda que é líder aqui. Porém já assusta e já toma mercado da tão querida CB 500x ou a nova NX500 Honda.

      You can put different sprocket if you need higher top speed and lower rpm, but this is very well configured and have fun short gears with top speed of 150-160kmh. 44HP is enough to reach about 180kmh but you need longer gears then. E.g. Honda CB500X has little bit longer gears with similar power. But I think shorter gears are better and more fun, you can still ride at 120-140kmh at the highway on 450MT. More rpm the better :)

    My only wonder here is that will the big four japanese companies finally make 400 to 450cc bikes now that they see that there is a huge market of people just wanting these smaller "big bikes". I am interested to know what they'll answer to this 450 market.

    • @eddywave3315
      @eddywave3315  3 месяца назад

      The problem in my opinion, is that Japanese small cc engines aren’t as fun/powerful as this 270 degree 2cylinder one. I think they need to build up a new engine from the scratch to hold up. What do you think?

    • @shogrran
      @shogrran 3 месяца назад

      @@eddywave3315 in someway i agree with you. maybe that's the why they haven't. they have to make a new engine instead of just putting an existing design in a different model. However... in the sense of "powerful or fun" i doubt many seekers of 400cc bikes are really in it for power or speed. I hear honda already has an nx400 i mean all they have to do is release it globally right?
