I does. You gotta find out how it works. For me what I was missing, it was the setup with the TV. The remote control was in a drawer and had to gretrive it, started to check the sub channels and it worked with one of them. Double checked the connected cables to see on which ones should it work. Check up with the settings and instructions too if you can.

By subchannel I mean HDMI, TV, USB, those settings from the TV. It should work at some poi t when you do the tuning.
