Man does not live on bread alone. I need my vintage Seiko Lordmatic with intact faceted crystal, original bracelet, and fantastic blue dial! I need my stainless Lord Quartz! I need my absurd gold cap Lord Marvel and its ten beats per second! They bring joy to my life, a necessary nutrient. But yeah, I do not really need a solid gold Omega.
I wear this watch every day for manual work and its stood the test of time. The bigger display compared to the f91 is great for older eyes! Ive never managed to press any buttons by accident.
"And whatever this thing is" LOL ... yeah I've had my W-217H for a few years. Love the clear display. Mine is on a cheap silicon strap to add some bright color and yes the strap weighs more than the watch head. I notched the lug end to make it fit the watch. The gold/black colorway is also nice.
I hang this watch on my key rack so I can have it available when I go for a late night trip to grab some food, or go on an evening stroll. It is cheap, practical and has a solid backlight. Every watchman should have this timepiece.
I haven't worn wristwatches for many decades, but I bought a Casio A168W-1 out of nostalgia (we're old - laugh). I chose this particular model for the all metal strap (lasts forever). That was 9 years ago, and it's been just sitting there, and the battery is still good! The newer incarnations of these have incredible battery lives.
Parabéns pela coleção e pelo conteúdo! Meu proximo vai ser um databank! Tenho este e mais dois w218 um f-91 outro que é similar o f-105 que é eletrolumicente. Adorei a iluminação deste do video. Quando chegou pra mim me surpreendi! Tenho também um mudman mas uso mais o w 217 pelo conforto.
I have a 218Hand I really like it. Great all around watch and has a good size display. Great beater watch and I just put a bullbar on it and now it's even better! :)
FWIW, I remember being told that watches like the F91 would be fine for recreational swimming, but to not press the buttons when the watch is submerged. Seems that would be the weak link and potential entry point for water.
I bought this one a couple years ago simply because I don’t need my glasses to quickly tell the time with it. My only gripe is the strap. I think it could use a second, fixed keeper by the buckle.
The "crystal" is actually acrylic. I love this model! It is not just the bigger but also the way better F91 IMO And modding to me means also making your own stuff. So yes you can mod this one also.
The warm water with its steam in the shower is more dangerous in fact than diving several meters down without air tanks. You can't ruin them swimming and I am talking by experience about my equivalents W-59H and W-96H, both 50 meters w.p. Yes, I have appropriate mechanical divers but that's not the point.
That pm/am changing feature is very irritating, now and then you accidentally push it and the watch changes to the child setting in stead of the normal 24h setting, making me look like some sort of an idiot, it is a digital watch so it shouldn't even have a pm/am setting, insane.. Don't need a stop watch function either, what it needs is a better back light like the one in the SKMEI 1123 the blue one, and it needs a longer watch band, I have it on the last hole...why be cheap on the band???? Enough with the Hobbit sizes already! Bought the version with the black clock face and the silver numbers.. Love it, but I'm going to order a 29 cm NATO for it probably..
In the end it is the only watch a man needs.
100% true!

Wants trump needs everyday!🤤😍🤪🤣
F91w is much better

Is a six inch wrist to small?
After years of buying only automatic watches I finally go back to Casio and now have 5 quartzs lol. I love them as much as I love my Rolex :)
Me too

Can definatley do more WR. People have gone scuba diving with these on, they're fine.

From the gold Omega to the 20 dollar Casio! Nobody can complain about the range of watches that you show!
Lol had to do it, extremes
They switch the buttons for light and 12/24 and this was a fantastic move. I to often change my f-91w to 12h by just bending my wrist and be confused.

The AE1200/1300 straps fit, as do the Jays and Kays adapters.
Great alternative to the f91w

I need a bullbar for mine.
Definitely will never have a problem with water that I know of but I've been tested them for years great video as usual

I have this. It's amazing.
The buttons on the GW-M5610 radio synchd are very stiff. So I'm a little surprised that other models are much softer.

I put a velcro strap on my W-217H.
@@samayoa95 I put the metal bracelet from an AE-1200 on mine. On my silver W-217H of course.
🚿 with a f91 for nearly year. Immersion in a 5gal bucket sometimes. Just don't push the buttons and you are good.
I like the gold one better
Dig it 👍
Hello, congrats for the video. Do you know if this model has timer function? Thanks!
The straps are a bit stiff and uncomfortable over a full day. The step up into world timer and w800h etc are much easier to live with all day.
There's also a B650W, which is basically W217H on a bracelet.
If you would like a "giant F91", look for a vintage DQ-600.
(If someone have a manual for it, that would be great)
Love my 217s. Would love to see you do some mods to it!
Noteworthy: The entire W-21x line seems to be basic recreations of previous popular Casios, but in a larger more modern size mostly.
some look more interesting on a nato, especially the wt royal on a 22mm nato

My opinion anything anything's 30 or 50 m is good enough to go swimming all day

Great watch but the resin band is the same garbage as the F-91W and an absolute sweat magnet. I immediately swapped it for a NATO strap.
Bro, you have 83k subs and you can’t look up the specs for the watch before making the video? Affiliate link, no thanks
Thanks for the view
@@RandomRobReviewslol, I’ll still sub because I like watches a lot. I’m about to binge all your Casio videos rn
