He stalemated Saitama. They’re the strongest 2 characters we’ve seen so far I believe. They struggle to kill one another lol. DIO seems to be the unstoppable force and Saitama seems to be the immovable object.

So DIO OH wouldn’t have beaten Saitama it seems. They would have stalemated if LT stayed active forever but Saitama wins more often in this. Saitama can take damage but he had such high hp and regen that he survives. It seems the insta kill moves just do so much that they kill most characters.
Only this DIO/character potentially seems to be able to hold his own on equal footing. DIO did more consistent damage but Saitama healed. Saitama got him lower with is strike but was soon regenerated and couldn’t land another hit.

Because of the infinite death loop this can technically be considered cannon, DIO beats Goku no diff and you can’t argue against it

Demon lord dio pretty much instantly regens special bar,can't really be damaged because instant timestops happen to avoid all damage other than in the case of broken characters,and he can effectively timestop then spam the hell out of knives with zero downsides
Just so you know demon lord dio can never be hurt like he's completely invincible.

Demon Lord Dio seems to have been made to counter High Dio. If you pay attention to the health bars, Demon Lord Dio prevents High Dio from regenerating his health with his comeback move so he just instantly dies. Whoever made Demon Lord Dio probably hated High Dio so they intentionally added some counter mechanic.

By the way, Dio K1 was the original character Demon Lord Dio was based on. I just took Dio K1 and made it even stronger. You should try the original, which is Dio K1. He is killable, but still pretty good and can beat non-OP characters.
