I use this for practice on and off the bike. Running sprints, box jumps, block sprints, really anything that requires you to react quickly is where I use this tool.

As a bmx racer at sea tac instead of a piston they have a box every time the gate drops they bring it back up with a alarm and if yourin gate position 5 or 4 your ears are going to hurt badlly
Yeah, I’ve raced gates like that and it is jarring for sure. Thanks for adding the heads up for the community.

I honestly didn’t know it was red to green. I’m partially red-green color deficient and at my local track the lights are not that bright so they look all the same.
That’s cool. I’m glad you learned something new and ai’m proud of you for not letting the colors slow you down to this point.
@@TheDriveTrain I went back and looked at my video footage and they still all look the same but the bottom one looks lighter. Thanks again.
This is probably the most repetitive and annoying sound ever to pro racers
It is a part of the sport. Luckily you only deal with it when you race so trails, road, park and pump tracks don’t use it. 🤙
