There is some good information in your video. Thank you. However, I disagree with you about red meat. I have eaten Carnivore diet for six years now, and it has really reduced a lot of problematic symptoms of auto immune and leaky gut, including joint pain. In fact, I had gout when I was a vegetarian and I’ve never had it while eating a carnivore diet. However, when I do have a flareup of RA in my hands and shoulder, going strict lion diet, which is only red meat and water, calms it down. There are many of us for whom a meat heavy or lion diet works for our symptoms.
