These change (alllll the time) but to give you a reference on my measurements since we are sewing: I am 5’5” and my measurements are as follows, upper bust 44”, full bust 45.5”, waist 39”, hip 46.5”

I’m working through my stash. I absolutely have enough patterns for a lifetime. I have the deer and doe Givre on my table. I’m wanting to make some dresses because I can never find them in the stores. I’m a size 8 ready to wear but have a DD cup. My closest Joann’s is 1.5 hours one way. Last time I was there everything was on sale. I recently bought some quality fabric from Marcy Tilton. They are expensive but they have sales.

Thanks for the news about Joann’s Fabric. Love the two bathing suit fabric. I know I want to sew once class ends but what to sew is the question. Will sort through my unused patterns.
I talked to the singer employees that are inside Joann’s. Basically they have cut back on the store employees. The store manager does almost everything themselves.
Nice fabrics! Hoping to make a zip up sweatshirt and joggers to go with it. A summer dress and some pants are also in my plans.

I got 47 New Look patterns😅at Hobby! I love them for their pattern size range. I go between sizes so they include all the size ranges in the same envelope. so I love them! Sad about Joann’s. I love Viki Sews! ❤I always have to do many adjustments with other patterns but for some reason I have yet to make any adjustments to their patterns other than hems! I do have the same pant pattern but have yet to sew it up. Hopefully you will share photos of the finished pant! 😊You got me laughing 😂 with your portorican booty ! Funny I have that same blue twill fabric 🤩! Surge fabric is one of my favorite online fabric store! Their fabric is good quality! Sometimes its their shipping that gets me. 🤦♀️ Your choice of fabrics are beautiful ! 🤩Can’t wait to see your finished garments 😉☺️🙌🏻Time where are you?! 😅

I love all the fabrics you showed! I am trying to sew for how I really live, too - makes sense, right 😄? However, it's easy to buy patterns and fabric without thinking "where am I wearing this?!?" I'm not loving most of the new patterns so far this spring - only saw one Butterick pattern that I felt I want to get, and hopefully Joann will have it 🤞. I am hoping to make a linen jacket, sort of an unlined blazer style, in a beige linen - now, as to when that will happen...hmmm...but even if I'm "late" with it, it will work in the early fall, too!
I think we all “suffer” from this fabric is pretty and let me get four yards… the pattern will emerge at some point. Five years later the fabric looks at us and says “where have you been?!”

Beautiful fabrics Alex, and you will look great in your makes. Did you get to pick up any of the New Look patterns for .99 cents? The JoAnn here in TN does not restock their merchandise or new spring patterns.
I think they haven’t restocked because they haven’t paid the vendors, hence why they will not be getting patterns any time soon. As far as the new look patterns I went looking for them but my store was cleaned out of them. Not one!!!! I suspect someone came in and bought them all
