Thanks for Watching and Have a Magical Day! - Развлечения
I appreciate that the bear chose an appropriately themed area to hunker down.
That's the Walt magic. Everyone stays in their appropriate areas. You won't see a bear at space mountain.
If half the park was shut down due to the bear, the other park area that were open probably had un"bear"able wait times.
Wuh, wuh, wuhhhhh....😂
Very good!
Peoplemover had a 40 Minute wait. Enchanted Tales with Belle had a 50 minute wait.
😂. That’s good!
I was there and it was horrific. the line for Peter Pan and It's a small world were almost out to the carousel!!!! It's a small world is usually 10-20 minute wait! Dumbo had a line out to the lilttle man in the box and said 70 minutes with both dumbo rides running! Barn Stormer was over 30
Despite being a bit scary and very inconvenient for park guests, this is such a welcome reprieve from the usual Disney news cycle.
It was a groomer bear
@@silentmajority8365LMAOOOOO
It was inconvenient as guest yesterday because it was very busy, and we had a reservation at the liberty tree tavern. We did know if we would make it. But they found the bear in time. Had a great rest of the day.
Nah. It was a REAL Country bear protesting the new WOKE Country Bear Jamboree.
She just wanted to see the Country Bears and ride Winnie the Pooh but I guess bears aren’t allowed to do that unbelievable. Justice for bears!
How dare they kick him out, I bet he had a reservation for Tron at 10:30
Official Statement from Disney: Due to unexpected difficulties, Frontierland and Liberty Square will be closed until further notice. Please bear with us as we handle this problem. It's a grizzly matter that must be handled seriously.
Why can't they say the truth?!
The irony… mere days after the announcement of Country Bear Jamboree’s changes! It was probably there protesting the decision.
Or wanting to audition. 😂
Using my Figment of Imagination: The bear started her day at Animal Kingdom, but found out the hard way she couldn't park hop into the Magic Kingdom prior to 2 PM. Bears need to follow the rules, just like we do! 😜
Iger "Did he pay admission and for genie plus"?
😂
I got a Ring notification last week about a bear about 1.5 miles near my neighborhood not far from Disney. I've also seen bobcats, wild boars, coyotes, alligators and plenty of snakes in my area. I'm surprised more wildlife hasn't been seen at the parks.
I wonder if it was the same bear?
@@jalapeno1119 I doubt it. There's a huge construction boom in the attraction areas. We are seeing more and more wildlife in the surrounding neighborhoods. They will leave you alone if you are aware of your surroundings and stay out of their way. It is quite odd to see them this far south. Usually they are just north of Orlando.
The bear was trying to find his cousin the country bear
Lol
yeah guys leave the bear alone he wanted to see his lost cousin that stayed in the country area of the U.S.
I thought maybe she was there to audition for the new Country Bear show 😂
@@D.D.Vofficial maybe Yogi bear plus Boo Boo bear sorry jokeing .
I often wondered how they kept all the critters that live in the Florida swamplands out of the parks - surprised there are not more issues with animals. Thanks for the straight scoop, Brayden.
An alligator killed a 2-year-old child at Disney World a few years ago.
@@rreagan007yeah but is safe now the close that area
Now there is the hhn bear and the magic kingdom bear
Could be wrong but a lot of animals are scared of humans. Won’t keep them all out but will keep some.
@@rreagan007I still think about that family often. That was beyond horrific.
She was just looking for the Bare Necessities.
Well, I guess that's what was behind Big Thunder Mountain...
It’s some real Blue Sky action!
Brayden, When Walt Disney purchased the land that is now WDW it was found to have a variety of rare native wildlife. Including what was believed to be the last surviving Florida black bears. So Disney with the help of the Audubon Society set up a protected programme to look after and increase their populations. Cheers, Chris Perry.
Disney does a lot for animal conservation
Relocated to Animal Kingdom
I was there. It was mental. The rides that were open has such long queues since half the park was closed and no real communication from Disney. Was also given the "area closed due to technical issue" from cast members.
I hope you had fun lol 😂
TELL GUESTS THE TRUTH and they will understand. They under estimate us.
@@beakirchner7296 Exactly! Just be honest! People can handle it and appreciate it!
I agree. At the very least, they could’ve just told you that it was an issue with wildlife and said that for everyones safety, that part of the park had to be closed.
I used to work for a different park, it's part of the training to not say what the problem is. Chances are, the cast members that were at the Adventureland and Frontierland entrances didn't even know much besides just "a bear was spotted, get people off the rides and shut down the whole land" So, at least if they were part of Ride Operations.. you aren't gonna say or even know the technical issues of why a ride is down.
I feel like if this happened years ago they would have extended park hours or maybe done more to rectify the issue, i understand this is in the middle of a swamp and Floridas wild life is pretty wild lol but at the same time they made this system of “consistent capacity” now that Disney is more expensive than ever this is disappointing, they should have allowed MK guests to park hop or come back another day,
The bears are more scared of us than us from them. I live every day in a neighborhood with bears daily and I must be on alert for a nearby bear, any time there is a bear nearby they are so scared and only want to run in the opposite direction! They were here first and we must respect that at all times.
Yes, absolutely… well said.
Prob didn’t want to wait til 2pm to park hop. I get it
Jokes aside, this could’ve ended very badly for the CM who stumbled onto the bear if the bear had felt threatened and/or cornered, especially if she had cubs.
That CM deserves a raise
That cast member protected alot of guests and one bear that day. Good looking out!
Every time I ride the train around MGK, I always get to Frontierland thunder mountain and wonder why it’s so exposed to the wild…? There’s no fencing walls nothing, pure swamp and forest, where animals can walk straight across the tracks into the park, (even people), I’ve seen real wild deer before there right next to the train close enough to touch… they should really consider boarding with walls around the park somewhere, it’s way to exposed on that side.
It’s crazy how many bears just this past year have ended up in public places around central Florida. It has only been a couple of months since there was a bear around lake Eola park in downtown Orlando
Well folks, this concludes our show. So thanks for bearing with us to the bear end and barrel around to see us again.
Great job Brayden! I wonder if they tagged and collared him for future tracking. Disney clearly gave him a lifetime parks ban for sneaking in without paying.
A bear wandering around a theme park...they should make a Disney movie about that!
The bear made the Magic Kingdom not bearable! Thanks for the bear necessities information. Enough of the puns, but could not help ourselves!
I live about 5 minutes away from the Disney Parks, there were reports of a black bear wandering the streets of our neighborhood and public areas for around a month, I wonder if this could be the same bear
The bear heard about the re-themeing of Country Bear Jamboree and wanted to try out for the new show 😂
That bear’s going to show up again in 2024 when it reopens with its new theme. Just watch.
The bear is SO CUTE! I live in Northern MN with a cabin in WI. Black bears are a usual thing for us and are not too scary. If we make a bunch of noise, they run away. We have never had one on our property yet, but we have seen one on the neighbors. 🙂 I understand closing that part of the park, but I wouldn't be afraid to go into the cave. If it were a brown bear or a polar bear, well that is a different story.
She was probably protesting them changing the Country Bear Jamboree.
I live in Celebration, not uncommon to see hogs bears Florida Panthers and gators. This what happens when we take there land. Don't forget the wolf's that are on Disney property.
This was awesome. I’m glad everyone is ok! Great Breaking News !!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Guess someone's not happy about the Country Bear retheme 😂
Funny - sounds like the humor of a military vet!
I thought the bear was wondering where Brer Bear went... ;)
Not surprised to find in Florida, maybe a little for the parks. Florida bears are bigger then north American/Canada bears, about 6’ average! I’m a retired animal trainer and worked with many breeds.
"it turns out that "Technical Situation" wasn't so technical, it was a bear."
That bear has been there before. They are creatures of habit. It knew that cave was a place of rest amd maybe was wanting to create a den there.
One time at the transportation ticket center I was pretty much the last to leave around 1:30am and essentially got chased to my car by a coyote
I wonder if he had his "Bear Necessities" with him. Poor little guy, he was just "pawing" around. It looks like he just "bearly" made it on the property before he was caught.
Poor bear!
My sources said he was trying out for the country bear jamboree chorus line!!!
That bear had the best time with the low crowds. He didn't even need Genie + either!
I am grateful you researched & reported this story. I was curious & trust you as an honest & reliable new source.
Wow now that’s something I would not expect. Well at least the bear went to the right area of the park. I guess never made it to Country Bear
"It wasn't so technical at all, it was a bear."
I heard Iger charged the bear for a lightning lane
Yep, we were in magic kingdom this morning…opening til around 1pm……so weird and random….funny though…hope the bear really got relocated and not put down
Someone call Merida, her mom is in Magic Kingdom
A guess Baloo was looking for some bear necessities 😆
The Country Bears sent out their distant cousin to make sure the change doesn’t effect them
The bear either wanted to meet up with his homie, Winnie or he wanted to join the Country Bears 🤣🤣
Had lunch at Pecos Bill today and walking out I heard someone yell bear, it was a country bear but I definitely thought the bear had come back for a sec lol
This is BEARLY unacceptable! The bear only wanted to see Pooh Bear and the Country Bears perform. If they shutted down the park, how come some Disney bears walk around WDW? (It's a joke btw.)
Wow I never even thought about the possibility of a bear getting into MK but when you see the back of MK from the air I guess the bear decided to take a stroll through the waterways and forest to take a nap on the island. Glad it was not during my upcoming vacation.
He missed the flight from Tampa back to Chicago after loosing the game to the Bucaneers and was walking back to Chicago looking for a layover at WDW. Had to get some sleep. You know its the 'bear necessities' of life!
"these animatronics are getting good, right dad.... dad?"
how did a bear even get out to the island?!
I guess anyone could be tempted to sneak in through the woods with ticket prices the way they are! 🤣 I mean maybe Bear was just hiding in the cave to get the early hours Disney’s overnight guests deserve 🤷🏻♀️
This would be so hilarious if this was the same bear that walked around my school months ago
Darn, I was driving a bus around Fort Wilderness about 2:00 a.m. and I could have sworn I saw a bear but, I think to myself, "it's late, it's dark, it could have been a deer" and I'm not calling it in to wildlife just to have them tell me "it's late, it's dark etc.!" There's always wildlife around. Most of it is pretty benevolent.
I see a lot of turkeys. Surprised they never show up on rides hahaha
Fort Wilderness occasionally post bear warnings around it's property so they do wander in from time to time. There's a lot of bush surrounding WDW and I doubt that is the only bear on property.
I'm glad to hear she was released alive and well
I was at the park today when it happen. The whole left half of that park was closed. The crowds were all on just the right side of the park it was insane!!! I heard different things today. I heard it was on the island but I also heard it was on a tree by big thunder mountain.
That makes sense for the poor bear.
Classic Humphrey behavior
I'm glad no one was hurt.
That bear knows where the secret entrance is....
It just wanted to see the Country Bear Jamboree
the bear heard there were open casting calls for the Country Bear Jamboree refurb. I guess he didn't make the cut.
Interesting story! You have great connections!
Imagine if the bear ended up in County Bear Jamboree.
It’s a cute bear. 🐻
There are those people that would go just to see if they can run into a bear. I myself have never gone to the Island. Now I'm interested!
Great scoop, Brayden!!!
Brayden u always present the best storys ever on disney !!! Thank u kind sir!❤
Thr forest truly did receive a decent combing today indeed 😅
I took the behind the scenes elephant tour at Animal Kingdom and the guide talked about keeping an eye open for bears and other animals like gators and even jaguars.
Jaguars..?
I remember when there was an alligator swimming in the water at the base of WDW Splash Mountain at the end of the drop!
Thanks Brayden, very interesting! Re: Tom Sawyer Island, do you think there is any chance they will bring back being able to get something to eat there? It was always nice to sit and relax there. Thanks!
Tickets are to expensive now!! He was sneaking in.
Country Bears last stand
The bear must have been curious about the new songs in the Country Bear Jamboree!
Tom Sawyers Island is a fantastic, shady place to get away from the park music and crowds. Pack a quality lunch, save 80 dollars, and go over there to eat in the heat of the day. Highly recommended.
60 acres of new theme parking coming to disneyland. The unfixed retail entrance door in hollywood studios goes into year two.
I didn't expect to hear this
Nice Job Braden
The question is: Where did he come from?
Wow! The imagineers sure stepped up the animatronics
Maybe its the new bear for the update on the Country Bear Jamboree?!
The bear was probably mad they were changing the country bears and was going to boycott that part of the park.
Black Bear is best case scenario.
Live action Brother Bear remake going all out.
Baloo!! Jungle Book would be a great addition to the MK!!
Omg !!! Great idea !!
I had a squirrel run up my leg when I was waiting in line for meet Winni the Pool back in 2019. But at least it was not a bear.
Yogi found out they were changing The Country Bear Jamboree, and wanted to show his support for his favorite entertainers.
Also - did they change the show on Spaceship Earth this weekend? I can kind of see it from the balcony of my hotel here and it's in black and white.
Bad Baloo!
What I want to know is if in the middle of the night which is when that note is time-stamped not p.m. but a.m., why did Disney have to lie to their guests for over 12 more hours
They are being forced out of their natural habitats, due to excessive amounts of housing being built, and theme park expansions..this is really sad, actually
As someone who lives in forested bear country in NJ who sees black bears all the time, I can confirm that the bear wandering all over the back forests of the park seems accurate, we see them trek around the forest by us and cover a lot of ground very quickly.
I'm surprised no-one's bringing up the Springfield Bear Patrol.
