  • In this video I'm reviewing Dehancer film emulation plugin for Davinci Resolve also How you can use Dehancer iOS app. A great and powerful plugin that makes color grading faster and easier. This is a sponsored video by Dehancer but it's totally an honest review.

      Will there be a plugin for davinci on ipad?

    • @Dehancer
      @Dehancer Год назад

      @@sonpois Hi! At the moment it's not possible because Davinci doesn't support plug-ins on iPads yet. When they do, we will consider this option.

      Is it possible to make plug-in for DaVinci iPad version ? If not then please make Dehancer app one time purchase for user instead of monthly subscription

    Nice! Thank you! If there is a specific reason you skipped print film emulation? How to use that ? Thanks!

      Thanks for letting me know. I think I skipped that in the editing. I'll make a new video to feature that part.

    Very nice explanation, this plugin seems like a good time saver!
    Could you explain what is the Push/Pull Process? Is it like an Opacity for the film profile?
    What is the difference between Positive and Negative Grain?
    Thanks!

    • @japanmood
      @japanmood  Год назад +1

      Thanks Thierry. Push&Pull is a way of developing film in the dark room. Push making the film more contrast and adds more grain and Pull makes the film less contrast and less grain. I'll make actually another video explaining all this.
      The Positive and Negative grain is the grain from a pozitive film and negative film. Usually pozitive film has less grain but better colors and negative film (the most used one) has more grain but also mor dinamic range. After developing pozitive film, you can sea already a positive image with colors. With a negative film, you need to invert it in Photoshop (if you scan it) to make it look normal.
