And finally clear out all the casa yarn from one of my yarn drawers. Yay!
I received my hooks today and I’ve started this beautiful blanket. I’m hoping you can answer a quick question before I get further on my project. I am making a throw size for my son, should my chain be the width of the blanket. For example if the blanket is going to be 39” should my chain also be 39” or will it be slightly longer because of the stitch?
@@emartinezpacheco1424 well, it depends if you tend to work more loose or tight. If you are tight then your width should be fine at 39”. But if it’s more loose, go down in your hook size and you should have the perfect width. Hopefully that helps!
@@YHNFiberCo Thank you so much for your quick reply. It’s a bit more complicated than I anticipated. I’m going to practice some small swatches first since it’s my first time working a Tunisian Stitch. I keep getting my yarn stuck doing the standard reverse row. I don’t know where to place my fingers to avoid holding/stopping the yarn. 🤦🏻♀️You make it look so easy. I definitely appreciate your artistry more. This stitch is challenging but with practice I know I will get it. I love a challenge. Blessings to you and once again, Thank You!
What size cable is that?? Do the ones on Amazon come with all three cable sizes?
I have purchased this yarn and so excited to use it and try out my first Tunisian blanket! Can you please tell me how you got your panels to be so even? As in you have large panels of each material bunched together. Did you need to pre cut the yarn into the different materials and bundle them up before beginning or just let it change at random? Any help you can provide is much appreciated!!

Hi I have a question does the embers blanket curl like Tunisian does.
This particular yarn is weighty enough it doesn't curl thankfully!
