    For anyone wondering..
    6 skeins of Bernat Blanket yarn was used with a 12 mm crochet hook to make a 66 inch x 80 inch blanket.
    The pattern is in the description. Use less if you want a smaller blanket💕

    No one can ask any questions unless the answer is in the subtitles. I personally like when there's a voice behind the video, they usually say the hook size and other important things. Hopefully she will get back to everyone that has questions. 🤷‍♀️

    I for one, love this video because there’s no narration except subtitles. Easy to follow and the music is very relaxing. There are so many videos with audio narration, and it drives me crazy. So glad i found this channel, I subscribed :)

    So, in the first row, you are SCing through the back loop, not under both loops as normally done in SC, correct? That's what it looks like.

    Sorry am I missing something. What do you do when you get to the end of the row. Do you chain 1 and continue to work into the back.

      Chain 1 and turn. Sc in back loop to the and of the row, ch1 and turn. Repeat til you are at the length you wish.

      Confusing bc I watched the video several times and I didn’t see the chain 1turn, nor was it subtitled-So I followed along without the chain 1turn, and now my work ends are getting shorter, not straight. I wish this easy step was made clear.

    If you're doing a double crochet stitch instead of a single, do you chain two at the end of every row?

      I believe, as per usual, you'd chain twice for half double crochet and three chains for a double crochet. And four for treble. I was taught that that is the standard method for chaining.👍🏾

    you have to sc in the back loop only until the end of the row, then the video skips to alot done on the blanket and it again says to sc back loop only until the end of the row. so my question is what do we do when we get to the end of the row? are we SC in the back loop every row for the whole blanket?

      It is SC into back loop until the end of the row. For the last stitch, I suggest just regular SC as it makes the edge look straight. You can also do just a back loop SC for the last stitch. Good catch - I'll post a video with an explanation.

    What does 110 +1 mean? That I chain 111? Or does that mean the loop on the hook. I'm very new to this and I don't understand.

      Ch 110 +1 means that your row counts will always be 110 stitches. At theend of the row, you will ch 1 and turn, that's your turning chain.

      The stitch multiple is 10+1. How many chains depends upon how many stitches the yarn and hook you are using gets you to the length you need.

      This is the first time I ever tried this pattern, and I did the single crochet in the back loop for every row. Gorgeous pattern with the Bernat Blanket yarn!

      For my finished size 66″ x 80″ I've used 6 balls. So, for 96"x96" blanket my estimation is that you would need 10.5 (11 balls).

      Yes. 10mm will work. That yarn calls for the 8mm / US L hook. I’ve used the 10mm / US N hook before and it worked just fine on this chunky yarn.

      Yes the only difference is the loop you put your hook in, in a normal single crochet you would put it through both loops instead of the back loop only.

      @@MarthaGonzalez-bm1kf yes I just rewatched it, after chaining you single crochet for the first row. The second row is back loop only, third row you chain one and single crochet into the back loop only throughout the rest of the blanket.
