Love this Toni! I am such a visual learner. So even though I know the stitches, and I know the lingo, sometimes, I can't seem to wrap my head around it until I try to read the pattern out loud (I have to get my boys to pretend to like yarn to get them to listen to me) to someone or someone does a physical demo like you just did. So now, when I go to try this again, I can think back to your tutorial and I'll remember to trust the process, it really does work out! Lol

Best teacher ever! You inspire me not only to expand my tunisian skills but also to learn how to teach crochet, tunisian and knit as well, which is my goal. As I know how adorable is to practice these craft techniques, I'm always trying to bring more and more people to this wonderful craft community.
Thank you for simply existing, Toni!

    Hi,
I remember you from “A’s Knit& Croc Today” on PBS.(which they stopped carrying here in town🤨) I rediscovered you tonight when your Tunisian stitch Channel popped up. I remember you from A’s because #1 : you are clear and well spoken throughout your demonstrations. ( 💐🎉oh for heaven sake! No heavy breathers, no miniMouse voice, no weird accent, no dreamy attitude, No Kidding= right to the depth of the project) I remember you and hope you have escaped the stifling grasp of that A’s company and have become independent! I’m so happy for you! I always knew you would be a big hit if you got away from that A!
I see you even have a book now on Tunisian, I hope it’s only your first! Your enthusiasm will carry you much farther than anything else, trust this anonymous voice coming thru the wires when it tell you that! I have been a crocheted for 40 years & got bored about 10 years ago & forced myself to learn to knit. 😳I am still not secure in the knitting world, but like cause it’s light weight & uses less yarn. After looking thru your listing on YT here, I’m ready to step back into Tunisian to get away from Knitting for a while...I’m so glad I found you. I may even try experimenting with Tunisian & knitting to see how they work together.
If there are any more lacy types of Tunisian out there, I appreciate a tutorial on it too.
Looking forward to seeing your smiling face again soon as soon as I attack my stash for fresh yarn to play with.
    Benita💐🙋🏼‍♀️🥳
P.S. May The Good Lord allow you to become filthy rich & outrageously happy in all of you endeavors! 🐲💐♥️🍀

I'm still struggling to get my left-side stitches straight and I'm now using a marker to hold the last stitch so it's easier to find. Hopefully with practice I'll soon be laughing at why I found it so hard 🙄🤭 I've even roped my 9 year old niece into practicing with me! Sending love and thanks from sunny old England - Natalie x 🥰

Toni: re the Landscapes Breeze. I went to Lion Brand site and it is out of stock, BUT it has a section to be notified when it comes back in stock. If a lot of folks ask for this and to be notified, maybe it will let them know there’s interest in it? It really is annoying when really unique yarns are put out for a limited time. I think they’re missing out on sales. ❤️😎

Toni, this is a great video. I have wanted to learn Tunisian Chevrons for a while, and this video was very easy to follow. I shall recommend this Channel to my Crochet Students. I found yours the easiest pattern to follow, and it seems to use less yarn doing those yarn overs rather than the Tunisian Full Stitch to increase. I also like those TKS in the centre of the Chevrons. It really defines and makes the points and troughs stand out. Thanks again for your time and for sharing...✨

Is the pattern a multiple of 14 +1 repeat for sizing the width? @TLYarnCrafts I love the idea of using up fingering weight stash for a shawl or lapghan in this stitch. Could you do a variation of this exact stitch? I'd like to do it in strips, so I can use a different colorway going up, on each "chev" or V. So like the Tunisian Ten-Stitch, were you attach at the side to the previous round, do a V and attach to the previous column of V next to is. I suck at getting the count right, so I'd love it if you could do something like that.

first, love your nails!! I have a question - why use the full knit stitches at the peaks and valleys instead of just a tss? is that just to give it the look of chains going up the centers? I was a knitter first, so it reminds me of the way stitches look when you knit them.

Hi Toni, thank you for this video. I do have a challenge I'm hoping you can help me with. I'm blind and I haven't found an easy way to find the back loop/bump by touch so I just go through one of the legs of the "V" on front. Do you have any suggestions on how to find the back bump without using sight? I was sighted when I first learned to crochet, knit, and Tunisian. I was never taught about going into the back bump. That seems to have become a popular instruction just in the last few years. I know using the back bump makes a much nicer edge. I'm hoping you will be able to help me figure out how to find the back bump by feel. Thanks for your help Toni!
