-1 lbs / 460 grams ground beef
-1 tsp/ 5 grams Pink salt #1
-1/2 tbsp / 10 grams paprika
-1/2 Tbsp/ 10 grams ground mustard
-1 tsp/ 5 grams black pepper
-1/2 tsp/ 2 grams nutmeg
-1/2 tsp / 2 grams Garlic Powder
-1 Tbsp / 15 grams salt
-1/2 Cup/ 45 grams Dry Milk Powder
-1 1/2 cup Iced Water

For someone that doesn't have a meat grinder:
Could I just blitz hotdogs in a food processor and make patties out of them that way? This looks delicious but I don't know if I'll ever get a meat grinder.

If you watch the video you’ll hear me say we used to make hotdogs at restaurants i worked at. Especially when we had a late night hot dog fried rice dish that was sooo good. If you take all these steps to make it yourself it’s a way nicer product than just buying a pre packaged dog
