I trained more than 3x a week for 97% of 2019! That means I managed to workout regularly during 49 out of the 52 weeks that 2019 had to offer.
That was only possible with my "No Equipment" workouts - otherwise I wouldn't have managed to be so consistent while traveling. When I'm home, I enjoy going to the gym & do some weight lifting as well :) but whenever I don't have time for that, I literally do sports with myself on RUclips. I usually combine several videos, to have a 45-60min workout.

This is a 10 minute Full Body Workout. I really ENJOY doing this one. I sometimes lose my balance when doing the "Sprinters" in the beginning - but that gets better over time!
No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break - take it! But make sure to join me again ♥︎
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing. 30s for each exercise.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles in another way: check out my 10min Ab Workout, 20min Booty Workout or the Cooldown Routine to end your workout!

For anyone who's new here and finding this really difficult and almost impossible to get through. I am here to tell you not to give up. It definitely gets easier and better, ive been following one of her programmes and this is my third week on it. I couldnt believe how i was able to go through with barely any breaks,,, so hang in there cause it gets easier and you get stronger.... DO NOT GIVE UP.

@@thepurplebutterflies1397 Yes, the first few weeks i started with her i gained some bit of muscle but didnt lose weight, mostly because of the way i was eating. I later started to watch what i eat thats when i began to lose some weight, its been six weeks ive lost 1,5kgs so... All i can say is watch what you eat but dont starve yourself you need the energy to do the workouts. Hope this answers your question.

recently i've been in probably one of the worst mental states of my life. I don't exercise and my body is probably the weakest it has ever been. I'm really trying to turn my life around now and I know that starts with exercising. I don't know if you are going to read this or even see this but i want to let you know that even though these workouts are a struggle for me, you inspired me to keep working. When i finally finished this workout and you did the little clap at the end, i started to cry. thank you

I've been in a similar way, and it's almost surprising how it can cause fatigue to the point that you simply cannot focus, it can even cause headaches. Even after this one workout, my mind feels better.

I JUST realised that I do all the exercises way too fast and that’s why I feel like running out of breath. Guys, we need to do these slowly and focus more on the form than reps. Who else agrees?🤔
That's how working out is the better the form is the better you'll get if the workout gets easier go up in reps

I consider myself in decent shape for someone who doesn't regularly work out, and wow by minute 4 I had to take like 10 minutes just to catch my breath

Wow. I regularly jog 2 mi, train pushups, situps, and planks... and this kicked even my behind. Thank you! To anyone who finds this difficult - don't worry, it's not you, this is genuinely hard. It takes time to train and get to the point you can make it all the way through (like it could take a few months to a year to get there)... but YOU. GOT. THIS.

for those of you who needs motivation from home workout videos, i used to be 73.3 kg last year due to weight gain in the pandemic, thats when i started to try home workout videos. After a month i didnt notice any difference in the weight, but i still believed that exercising will still burn fat, so i still did home workouts for 10 minutes a day from these yt videos. I just checked my weight again yesterday and it was 61.1 which means i dropped 12.2 kg in a year. I didn’t change any of my eating routines and i even did workout videos that are less intense than this one. Please dont give up everybody

let's see how many days i can do this:
1 - apr 30: pretty much died, had to take like 10 breaks
2 - may 1: did all the exercises but at a slower rate and took a few short breaks
3 - may 2: same yesterday but managed to do the whole plank at the end, arms are burning
4 - may 4: oops i missed a day :( but i feel like my muscles are getting stronger, still sore tho
5 - may 5: the burpees are exhausting but i noticed that my arms are more toned now!
6 - may 6: exhausted but the pushups are getting easier and i took less breaks
7 - may 7: arms are sore today (did an arm workout yesterday) but planks are getting easier!
8 - may 8: doing this workout no longer feels like pain, instead it feels really good, i love it!
9 - may 10: yesterday was a rest day :) today i managed to do the whole 30sec squat hold!
10 - may 11: this workout is draining but it energizes me, still improving every day
11 - may 12: im shaking but i did the full amount of both squat holds... almost died
12 - may 13: i did all the exercises woohoo but squat holds still killed me
13 - may 14: squat holds are getting a bit easier now, the trick is to not look at the timer
14 - may 20: i missed so many days because i was busy with exams but im back!
15 - may 21: didn't take any breaks and was exhausted as usual haha
16 - may 22: people have noticed that my arms are more toned now thank you pamela!!
17 - may 29: skipped a week oops and i just finished this again and i feel soo out of shape :(
18 - june 5: so basically i now do other workouts so i haven't been doing this one as much

The position of the mirror and camera I said is genius, cos we can see the position of the back, upper body and lower body without using many cameras.

Nareta Son just train. I do her schedule for 45 min everyday and I’m usually the one who hates Sport till death. At the beginning I failed several times and now (3 weeks later) I’m doing very well and don’t need one break. It’s still horribly intense but you can make it

Grace Lipscomb YES!!!! im still doing it everyday and I lost 4kg haha (I eat totally normal btw) and I was REALLY chubby but now I have a light six pack and got WAY slimmer mostly on the belly.

For anybody here having a difficult time getting through this- I just want to say, I am getting off a year of being injured. Before I got hurt, I was in super good shape. Before that, I was a relatively active but chubby teen. I just got done with this workout, and I'm struggling, but im proud of myself for getting back into it. I know I can do it because I've done it before, and so can you!

Using this to work up to your 20 minute workout!
Day 1: Just completed it! Had to take 2 breaks but its okay!
Day 2: It was noticeably easier to get through the excercises and I took a couple small breaks, I was sore today though.
Day 3: It was somewhat easier than yesterday and i was able to go longer without needing a break!
Day 4: Rest Day!
Day 5: After the small break my muscles were not sore and I made it through the whole workout without stopping!
Day 6: Was very hard to get motivated today but its getting easier!

harshita study girrrrl do all the glute workout she provides. They still target and work the leg muscles.

If you do this every day you will have slim legs
vs angels have muscles in their legs girl! They just do not have any fat and do not use heavy weights so their legs stay toned but slim. If you lose weight you get slimmer everywhere you have some fat. So you can do whatever type of workout, even weights if you want. You don’t get big muscles by using some light weights trust me.
All i have is a yoga mat at home, and I’m not into paying for the gym. So this works great for me. This video worked me out pretty well at 4:00 am! Thank you!! New Subbie 💕
