PST is mandatory also. And if you don't have it ,then do the refresher course for it and then they will issue you the DC certificate! As the STCW certificates has to be valid for getting further certificate.

They are not issuing certificate and asking for PST certificate that mean you have to have basic valid certificate . Or you should call them directly on helpline number (note:- keep calling till they answer)

I already did tasco course done it on 2012 may. For tasco validity period not mentioned sir. I went for basic oil dc renewal option It was asked last five years 3 months sailing experience.
From which institute u did ur tasco ? Please contact them. Once for ur certificate validity! That is necessary though. After their suggestions u can step ahead to next move

Sea service is required. You better contact training institute and also refer to the latest dgs circular.

First check with the payment you made is correct and paid or not ! Thereafter you can contact them and mail them with your payment proof.

After approval of application it will take 4-6 days normally.
