However no you tuber remembers to mention, while applying for advance level II DCE, in the 'Personal Details' tab there is a place for CoC issue date and whether the application can b made with an expired CoC or shud the CoC b valid. An expired CoC still hs an issue date, but is it ok to apply with an expired CoC ? I knw DCE level II cn still b applied with an expired passport n CDC. But as for the validity requrement of the CoC there is no info. If someone can help please.
