Funny thing, those of us who do research on a professional level don't actually use google, because it "thinks" too much for you. Bing isn't a whole lot better, but I do find it's preferable to google if you don't have any other options.
Professional research and fact-checking means picking up the phone or emailing people in person. If you're just checking stuff on bing, google or whatever, you're a keyboard hero, not a professional researcher. Anyway bing is the worst of the worst.
@the6millionliraman internet browsers are useful as preliminary search systems. They are also good for getting reference contacts since almost everyone has an online presence. Yes, the primary research is done using verified publications and direct contacts, but there are MANY steps in the research process and often times search engines are quite helpful. The reason Bing can be useful is because it returns more obscure or unpopular results that Google does. Both have their place but Google locks out so much stuff that it's hard to get anywhere using it. Bing is considered a pain because it's all over the place, but when doing preliminary searches, that slight chaos is actually useful if you know how to use it
That's neither intelligent, nor informative. If you actually try it you'll see that, at least when it comes to _this_ example, bing is slightly better.

Who dat Uyghur who dat is?
Bing: is that another shape
LOL, Bing has been the better search engine for almost ten years, I'm surprised people can even find anything on Google with all the ads and paid for search results 😅
i remember searching “fist” on bing once, for a picture of a hand in a fist for a drawing reference, and bing showed me a bunch of naked ladies with their legs wide open and it was a bit traumatizing i was like 12
😂
😂😂😂😂it show fisting😂
FYI: Bing takes your search history and browsing history in the current session (tab) to process the next search. so...
Yeah but bing is just using the IP and/or browsing cookies. Just because Dad was watching porn doesn't mean their 12 year old is ready to learn about fisting.@@Ugenetic
@@sumpinhapenin3070 idk i tried searching it on bing again but the same happened to me, not sure why (good luck finding your naked lady pics)
The Google it, is so legit🤣🤣🤣
I'm on bing and clicked image, it brought me to google😂😂😂😂
Every time I’ve tried to used Bing when I was younger, it would just take me to Google whenever I clicked on anything😂
Bing be hella desperate for somebody to use it over Google 🤣
They're literally paying it's users for using it.. That's one reason why I prefer Bing over Google
@@christianremboldt1557where's the pay?
its usefull when u looking for one thing, but google block it, or dont show it like for example model on russian site u looking for, but google dont show it cause its in russian language even if bing can find it by just translation, other time looking for article or science research, google prefer to show popular science sites
@@christianremboldt1557really?
@christianremboldt1557 Wait what?
this must be ancient, at this point Bing's fine and Google just pulls some gibberish from ChatGPT.
Love that he’s also making more people aware of these events while making these jokes about Bing.
He isn't making anyone more aware of anything. You're just a nationalistic simpleton who claps like a seal any time someone tells you how scary Chinese people are.
You had me at "Mate..." 😂.
"I don't know that shape" dervered a way bigger laugh 😂😂😂
To be fair, that shape has a whole 4 sides, much harder than a triangle. (Nice randomly bumping into you on RUclips by the way)
@jaxonbartlome245 no way! That's so funny you found my comment! 😂
this is such a brilliant set 👏 👏 👏
impressive to see someone mention a real human rights issue in a stand up w/o it feeling insensitive or uncomfortable. just good content 👍

You’re fuckin funny dude, I’m glad my algorithm pulled your bits up for me randomly
Bing is Chilling
That was very funny, and impeccable timing. More!
As a regular Bing user: I find everything just fine, no long searching needed. Haven‘t used Google in 7 years.
I tried to download an autoclicker on Bing and the first four results led to the same website that repeatedly tried to get me to enable notifications so they could try to trick me into downloading viruses.
Bing is okay-ish if you’re just searching for information, but anything past that is less than stellar.
Ok Xi Jinping
Wait until bro finds out Michael Jackson has died, and in some years that there was a pandemic or something
Nice try Bill, we're not going to use your search engine 😂
Yeah in your country however unlike Google, Bing agreed to censor certain things that the Chinese government don't want them to read
Bing has a low-key great image search function. I use it for ... research ...
I mean, I do the same...uh...research, and Google seems to do the trick just fine lol

No, you're not the only one. I prefer it to Google. Can't ever find whatever I'm looking for on Google.
Might need a brain scan…
the ask jeeves joke is criminally underrated
As a foreigner in China, that couldn’t be more correct
Some may say that in China, Bing is chilling
This was literally me when I taught in China 😂😂 Bing it! Good luck!
😂😂 this is superb
I remember watching this clip on RUclips called "If the internet was a social party"...
Damn you’re actually a really good comedian!! Props to you and hope you keep doing your thing!

Wow, how cool is this! He totally reminds me of someone from my days at Zhengzhou University. I think we even did some noodle ad together, but I might be mistaken; it might not be him.
@@the6millionliramanI think, they may use it for professional purposes or to do some minor fact check.
Bing is considered a pain because it's all over the place, but when doing preliminary searches, that slight chaos is actually useful if you know how to use it
The way this type of joke is slowly erroding given the fact that I can ask Bing to teach me how to write code 😂 times a-changin'
I have been scrolling youtube for 10 hours and only this made me laugh from my heart. Thanks.
Ask Jeeves? Wow. You went there
so thats where bing chilling came from
Those pauses, that timing, the material... HILARIOUS 😂
Intelligent and informative comedy. This is off the top shelf 😂
That's neither intelligent, nor informative. If you actually try it you'll see that, at least when it comes to _this_ example, bing is slightly better.
Bing is really good now. I prefer that and Edge over Google and Chrome.
I try it once a year, still doesn’t give me the result I want
@@khaiuschill310
It's not worse than google. Maybe if you rely on the chatbot, but Google doesn't offer one and language models are simply imperfect.
It tries to send me all this news stuff Google just shows a search bar and gives exactly what I want

You are lucky to have that Audience. They are giving their best. You should try too.
I mean given that it was just found out that Google changes search queries to direct users to products and services instead of answers, I wouldn't think blocking Google is all that bad tbh.
And the fact that Google was the one that made the decision to quit China. And told us they were blocked. I mean, people need to know their risks of putting too much trust on whatever we found on Google.
Except what's bad is the actual reason for why they're blocking it, but yeah, fuck Google
