I'm not actually going to Poland to buy fireworks. In general, the EU import rules apply. This means that all fireworks must have a CE marking and be certified by a European certification body such as BAM. In total, people are allowed to take up to ten kilos of pyrotechnics across the border into Germany.
Only F1 and F2 pyrotechnics are allowed to be introduced without a certificate of competency. However, Germany still has special regulations that, for example, rockets can be filled with a maximum of 25g NEM. Only fireworks registered in D. may be imported. And so forth. You can find detailed information on the German customs website.
