@@boriscupka5245 zvažujem Dustera alebo Vitaru. Vitara je technologický a výbavou asi vyššie, Duster zase robustnější a v jednoduchosti je možno výhoda. Viac toho na trhu není v tejto cene.
The critical factor is ESP OFF, the driving mode doesn't matter much. When ESP is ON, the breaks are applied on some of the wheels and the engine power is cut. I've learned that by a hard way, stuck in the snow. Dear Suzuki, you should clearly explain that in your car manual. Otherwise, the reputation of Vitara model as a capable off road vehicle will disappear.
Driving mode is crucial, there are different awd maps, different thresholds and different torque in relation to acceleration pedal position. And actually ESP ON in LOCK mode allows for more wheelspin than ESP OFF. Brakes are applied in each mode but their level of intervention is different. Unfortunately - info in manual is poor. Furthermore - it is also poor in service docs.
Love these videos, but please cut out the honk honk, its annoying. Thinking of buying a Vitara, I live in the Scottish Highlands and we get lots of snow. My current car was poor in this winters snow, your demonstrations are really helpful, thanks so much. Winter or all season tyres on the Vitara ALLGRIP makes a great car for the winter.
These tyres are winter tyres BUT are not made for this kind of snow. You need more aggressive off road tyres for that, so they are not stuffed with snow and manage to get grip. Try the BF Goodrich KO2 and will be amazed.
For my snow experience, here in the alpin region of Italy, car on snow have to go without wheels slipping..snow have to stay attached on m+s tires' tread to make the snow with snow gripping method
Always turn off ESP if going uphill with snow more than 15cm, it doesn't matter how good your tires are, plus never lose momentum, or you will need the snow chains. (ESP on and chains attached is not a good idea - car will halt)
This is a test of the all wheel drive system and the different features related to the all wheel drive. The goal is not to get up the hill using momentum, that wouldn't be an interesting test.
When you stop up to hill at the middle even you have g wagon mercedes you can move forward from the flat surface accelarate as much as possible to exceed the hill top without stopping you need to drive with a contant speed and accelarate depending steepness of the hill.
Napęd 4x4 w tego typu samochodach to jest parodia. Chocby to auto miało napęd na 8 kół to i tak typ opon nie pozwala na więcej niż może auto z napędem na 1 oś
It's not a pure offroader... it's a B-SUV. Approach angle is 19°, which is quite good for it (new Renegade 4xe, Subaru XV, Toyota RAV4, Nissan X-Trail etc. have same angle or lower)
Fake AWD on a Suzuki? cmon... Suzuki and Subaru do not joke on this, 4x4 is a religion for these brands. This car has drive shaft, AWD is 100% real. You can pick a mode and the AWD will manage the torque for you, depending on where it's needed the most. "Lock" mode forces 50-50, if needed (with ESP off)
What people needed is to see this car in the snow like this, thanks so much man, this video is so useful!
Love the GV content. I learned a lot.
(from Canada)
Gratulujem pekne auto. Tiež ho mam ale mild hybrid. Tie módy sú všetky super.
Ahoj.

Vitara the best !!

You should have tried snow+lock esp off.
Esp runs that suzuki lock all grip mode, locking free spinning tire whit abs sensor information.
@@TheSmolgu ESP isn't locking the free spinning wheel, TC is. And it is doing it in every mode but on a different level.

oooouuu, BFGoodrich tires are AT tires (all terrain), very good. 👍👊🚘

I do want Vitara!
Boa tarde qual pneu posso usar para erguer meu Suzuki? Será que o 215x60x17 passa

You need chains on all 4 on this kind of snow
Plenty of experts here 😂
Ahoj, aky mas prosim stresny box? Je to Northline EcoSpace?
Muchas gracias
Muy bueno, tiene 220 NM de torque
Winter tyres ?
Which tires do you use?
Yokohama BlueEarth Winter 905
@HramePlay_LovecHlav33 always use nokian or Michelin
I like this car im also owner

Snow + Lock + ESP off

this car HAS no angle of attack
Righ, it is very limited in this way, but for driving in city or mildly harsh roads it is delightful.

Polecam opony Nokian
Ale mówisz o typowych zimówkach, czy AT?
O zimówkach WR SnowProof. Prawdą jest natomiast, że nic nie zastąpi nalewek w zimie ...
It's a fake all wheel drive. The power is distributed to the front and back but mostly the front
Not fake all wheel drive but proactive all wheel drive. Power is sent to the rear on the basis of many factors, adapting to conditions/situations.
