Just another build video, I wanted to make a 2 player house as I have had a few friends start playing recently, and I also needed a larger farm for a long time, so I decided to make a farmhouse. If anyone is interested in the Windows in the thumbnail or the fireplace here are the timestamps for those pieces. windows 14:45 then 19:04 and fireplace 21:28 I hope you enjoy the video and thank you for watching o/ also, I am thinking of making smaller build videos for decorations such as the well outside, And Was wondering if anyone would be interested in me making videos like that? sort of a "Mini Builds" series.
I really enjoy your building guides! Especially since you don't seem to cheat the materials and are building without flying all around. It really motivates us, or at least me, to try it on my own world, and the detailled steps makes it easy to follow. Great quality! No nonsense, just honest building guide! Keep it up!
I have skimmed/watched SO many Valheim starter base build videos for my second base to finally settle on this one being the perfect combo of being actually for early game, spacious yet compact and practical, and also attractive. Then I discovered that my very first build in the starter meadows area was your stone to bronze age video! Something about your build-style and your tutorial video presentation is checking all the boxes for me, so thank you for making these videos! As a brand new Valheim gamer, I have learned a lot from these projects. 💖
I always appreciate your videos whenever. It's just so memorizing seeing the methodical process of building your villages. Your building styles have substantially helped me improve my own designs after so long. Thank you so much for all that you create!
I can’t believe I only just now found your channel. It’s a beautiful build. I love that it is in survival. Great step by step. And the only audio is from the game itself. I’ve subscribed and plan to check out the rest of your work!
Im glad you liked the video :D all the rest of the building guides iv made have been in the same style with small improvements here and there to the format. I hope you find more things that will fit nicely in your worlds!
The feeling when you see how much recourses you need! It’s a huge difference and make me wanna build it more because I don’t have to run back all the time to get mats. Love you man!!
I love everything you build! I built and use this little beauty in a survival game I play. Thank you for challenging me and helping me get better and better! I mention you often in my stream.
Thanks :D Im glad I inspired you to build more, I remember watching building videos myself way back when I used to play minecraft and learning to build from some awesome builders there, so its cool to continue the chain
Just went thru all of your videos and i got to say im impressed. Almost all of them had at least something that i want to build myself now or something im gonna use in the future. Soo thanks for the hard work and hope to see more builds in the future :) Edit: Ups..i forgot to mention...That the "Estimated Resources" is greatly appreciated ^ ^
Lovely building and easy tutorial! Thank you^^ I was looking for the perfect starter house and this is exactly what I had in mind with the balcony and second floor and all. Amazing work :D
I agree...but it's so much nicer than my noob starter base which is basically just a box with a fence around it to keep out The Forest Is Moving haha. I'm loving this game! :D
This is nice. I play solo, so I may just use a one person version of this house. I like the way you made the roof slope, by combining the different roof tiles.
Another great build, the only part that felt odd to me was a lack of windows in the bedrooms. I understand the chimney might have caused them to look cramped if mirroring the front direct but I probably would have done something back there just to let natural light in. Perhaps side windows and moving the stairs to go from the front and follow the roof up to a landing in the center between side-rooms?
For comfort 17, apart from the obvious rugs and banners, and presumably dragon beds and thrones in the upstairs rooms, you need braziers. The cielings are too low and ventilation too poor to place one inside, but I found hanging one off each of the side gables and one over the front steps gives the needed coverage.
Thank you for this detailed video, it's excellent, especially for those of us just starting out! I really appreciate how clear it is and I'm looking forward to copying your handiwork and enjoying such a pretty farmhouse. :)
There was an update (hearth and home) that increased the size of the tanning rack. This is the pre-update version, Sorry if that part of the build might be slightly different, but yeah that's what it was.
@@ZerosterBuilds wow thank you for the reply! ahh makes sense lol. A friend an I just completed this house and it's a beautiful design. thank you so much for sharing your build. I love this game!
i loved this build and i copied it but im having the problem where the house is falling apart and staying red even though i followed the exact way you did it. i would love any advice that can be given
A question- is there a reason to have the windows on the corridor upstairs, rather than reversing the stairs so the corridor is on the back of the house and the windows are in the bedrooms, or is that just personal preference? (given that the bedrooms are already not identical)
just personal preference, since I tend to add a ton of storage space to pretty much every room I make I decided to have the windows in the corridor instead, but it would definitely look good to have the windows in the bedrooms, I think the chimney would get in the way of the hallway a little though.
@@ZerosterBuilds Yeah on the chimney- I think that version would probably go around the chimney partway and end at the door to the second room, with the door to the first one being just before the chimney. Just gotta make sure when i build it I have a dragon bed in both rooms for comfort level over the whole house. My main issue is gonna be figuring out how to fit a brazier in for more comfort. And nods on the storage space. I liked the storage space on your bronze-age house you did a while ago, but hadnt even finished moving in before I went "dammit, I need more storage!" and dug a basement. This farmhouse has more storage so I may or may not do a basement for it.
Not sure what the name of it is, but its the song that plays in Valheim when you are in the plains area. so typing in Valheim Plains OST should help you find it pretty quick.

Yes! to the mini builds idea.
A Mini Build Series would be most amazing :)
i really wanna know how you built that well

Your builds are probably some of the best videos available. No BS, just a well documented recipe for a build.
Cheers for what you do.

This looks really nice!
I always appreciate builds that mostly stick to the grid, yet combine the elements in creative new ways!
Anyone else get a giggle when he has to run and get more wood lol. Great build as always. Please keep them coming
I was like "finally a build without flying around and creative mode", this is what make me happy when watching these build videos

This house is very nice. I enjoyed the build, and the usage. The storage works really well. Keep going, your doing well! 😁😁👍👍

Great work, again. Really easy to follow. Functional, attractive and shows what can be done without using create mode and/or a bunch of mods.
This is what I was looking for, for a long time. Love to compare my buildings to Yours and adapt some ideas. Very nice work.
Great guide and very pretty house, thank you.
I really like it, it's planned out, it has a nice for to it and it gives me a reason to hang out in the meadows again
I'm gonna recreate this into my plains farm. Awesome build.
This is cool and all but the roof is red? I’ve built this 3 times and I can’t get it green. What’s going on
i starting to build this. A lof of fun!

Wow! amazing. I will try to build this one.
Amazing guide!
smelter?furnace?
Very nice work, it 's beautiful, GG
I have a very beautiful home now!
Nice job, bro. Thanx.
Love the design of the base. rebuild it in my game and i love it :)
Very nice!
it looks very nice btw if your playing the new update the fire place will not fit
Lovely building.
great tutorial, thanks!
How did you get the Tanning Rack to be so small? Mine is huge! lol
There was an update (hearth and home) that increased the size of the tanning rack. This is the pre-update version,

Super beautiful and insperitional.
Whats that stone circle outside, southeast corner
My building is always decaying what can it be?
Great content!
Can this be built without it collapsing? Talking about the stability issue
It should be possible. I always play un-modded so there will be no difference between your experience in game an my own.
use ctrl + alt + f3 to hide HUD :)
i loved this build and i copied it but im having the problem where the house is falling apart and staying red even though i followed the exact way you did it. i would love any advice that can be given
It has been a long time since I built this, but making sure that there are supports connecting to the ground and not any floor tiles is a big one.
what can i do if house is decaying after rain?
its possible to repair it with the hammer, but this particular house has a roof over all of the blocks, so once its finished it shouldnt decay at all.
Oh shit you need iron for the stonecutter! I guess I use campfires till I get 2 iron ingots.

Increíble, como siempre
What is the song?
Its the plains biome background music from valheim.
Thanks haven't made it to plains yet and I thought it was Diablo 3 music, I could have sworn it was...
