Sega has been posting locations that have the game on their Facebook and Twitter accounts although they have not posted all of them as tracking locations can be a challenge when 'middle men' distributors sell games and don't tell Sega where they are going.
Daytona USA 2 - Battle on the Edge on the Model 3 board was released 19 years ago (1998). It's never come home.

ive just played it in an arcade. the bigger course had 11 loops, advance had 3 loops, the expert had 2 loops. does it mean it was set on long length?
