- Ohh... I couldn't resist, I had to make this video about the Spanish from Stranger Tides, there's few of their scenes but they are just epic!
The music of course by great Hans Zimmer!

Adulthood is when you realise the Spanish were the good guys in this movie.
There's a reason why half of the world speaks spanish. Do not forget.
Chad Spaniards vs virgin pirates.
"Only God can grant eternal life, not this pagan water" Certainly sounds like something a Spaniard would say
The Spanish are historically revered for documenting all the little details during their experiences, so the “someone make a note of that man’s bravery” is honestly 100% in character for them
When you realize the Spaniards are actually the heroes of the movie
Anyone with historical understanding of who was Spain in that time should know that Spain was the rulers of the sea and the exploration era.
"Someone take a note of that man's bravery" That's the most epic line in all the entire movie.
Everybody is missing one important thing here: The Loyalty of his captain. With such power at his hands, he obeyed his king and destroyed the chalices without hesitation. Loyalty to his king, and most important, to his faith. Admirable
The best thing about Spanish in this movie is that they are right. The fountain didn't grant eternal life, it only gave extra years that it first had to take from human sacrifices. The Spanish were the real heroes of the movie.
British: We will use the Fountain become the largest empire forever.
>Enters with virtually no opposition
"Someone take note of that mans bravery" is the reason why Thomas Jefferson said "American history is written in spanish" and all historians agree
When your ancestry DNA says your 1% Spanish
To everyone else, finding the Fountain of Youth was one of the hardest quests in their lives. But, for the Spanish, it was Tuesday.
>Arrive
"You are a fool! You seek in this place what only Faith can provide!" My favourite line
you gotta respect the Spanish Empire for this. they didnt come to the fountain of youth to seize it for themselves, they came to the fountain to destroy it. they saw a great source of power and instead of taking it, they turned it away without hesitation. that is true faith and discipline
Mad respect for their efficiency tho. They weren’t distracted by greed or drama, they headed straight for the Fountain, shut down the pirates, tore everything down, and left without fuss.
* Someone make a note on that man's bravery *.
