For a lady of such tender years you appreciate and interpret the music of probably your grandparents age. You will grow older and wiser listening to music like this.
@@shockwavereact older people have lived through many challenging and changing times. By listening to them helps you form a view on life and how you want to use it to improve your life and those around you. You’re obviously a bright young lady - keep going
I was so lucky to see this tour in 1994 and be in the crowd. You think it sounds great on this video you can't begin to imagine how great it sounded live!
I really envy all those who attended and watched them live… hopefully one day I would be able to see them live perform. It would be a dream come true.. thanks for watching 🙏
Clare Torry walked into the studio and dropped this whole thing, by herself, on the fly, and it puts this great performance to shame. She is truly a gem

During his lifetime, Richard Wright, the band's keyboardist, asked Durga Mc Broom, one of the backing singers on the Pink Floyd tour, to sing this song at his funeral. I have personal contact with Durga and she confirmed it to me. But according to unconfirmed information, she was accompanied on the piano by none other than John Lord from Deep Purple.
Oh wow.. it’s such an interesting piece, very different too, those screams were soul touching. The lady did it so well. Thanks for watching and leaving the comment. 🙏
As you mention in your comments, death is inevitable for all of us. - On the album, this song follows the song "Time", it is linked to it. For each of us, it's only a matter of "Time", because "Time" is the framework in which we live, and this framework delimits our life, this framework imposes the limits of “Time” on our life. I encourage you to listen to the song "Time" in its studio version with the lyrics. You certainly won't regret it.
Please, for your own sake, listen to the original version. Not to take away at all from the incredible singers on this version, but you really need to hear the original Clare Torry. You're welcome.

Thank you, one of the reason I love oldies is what I learn from listening to them, and I am enjoying this experience too .

Nothing to do with grieving.....the 5 stages of death from denial, anger & fear to peaceful acceptance.
To me it describes the 5 stages of life. At least mine . That’s just the 1st through 8th grade period
RIP Richard and Jon and Claudia
Check out the album version. The singer, Clare Torry, created the vocal melody from scratch in 2 1/2 takes from the basic chords!
Okay, I’ll check that out
Yes this version sucks I hate it
Greetings from Miami, Florida. From the same Pulse Concert, please check out SORROW and also RUN LIKE HELL.

That’s really interesting, that’s actually the next one I intend reacting to. Thank you for watching and leaving this comment I really appreciate it.
I like what you said about not being afraid of death, and that the reverse is also true (not being afraid of life.) Great observation.
Thank you so much ☺️ 🙏
Another wonderful reaction from you. Now try High Hopes, one of my favorites from this great Pulse concert.
Thank you, and sure I’ll check that out too.
That was cool...next one has to be "Comfortably Numb" from the same concert....that oughta blow you away ;)
Oh yea, definitely….👍🏽

No, no, no, don't be nice. You know, as well as I do. This is terrible. This is a song they cannot be redone ever.
This is terrible

Listen to original
Both have pathos, and are equally able to rip the heart out of your body, wring it to paper thin, and offer it back to you to refill it.
