Anglo American Platinum Gender-based Violence

In 2023, more than 110 Anglo American Platinum employees were victims of gender-based violence. Our Light the Way to Extinguish GBV campaign aimed to create a TRUSTED SPACE where victims could share their stories to raise awareness around the issue and encourage fellow colleagues to stand up against this tragic pandemic; realising that the trauma affects not only the victim, but their families, friends, colleagues and communities.
