    This is literally what happened to my mother’s abusive, narcissistic ex after she was finally able to break free and go no contact. He drank himself to death and towards the end refused to answer the door even to concerned acquaintances. He was eventually found dead, alone and rotting in his bed. A fitting end for a horrible person who for years, brought so much torment to our lives. Without my mother, he, having never treated anyone else well and with no one to one left to torment, had nothing left. Thank you, HG. This is brilliant. It is actually quite therapeutic to understand what was happening to this man who brought such misery to our lives after we were finally free of his control.

    My narcissist ex will be 62 in October. He is a big shot lawyer but the strokes are getting fewer. He likes to play in bands and pretends they are actual bands. His um "parts" aren't working anymore. As a man in his 30s, 40s, and 50s, he had more fuel than he knew what to do with. I met him in his autumn, and he future faked like MAD during golden period. He said he and his wife were separating but it was allll a lie. I got out safely, but there's a part of me that enjoys his fall. He's aging and not well. His wife has become a Covid19 shut in for fear of long Covid. His world is getting smaller and smaller, and his delusions are catching up with him. Zero possibility of self-actualization or even joy in his old age. Being a narcissist is automatic Karma. They have to be themselves. Edit: He has adopted a steady Marijuana habit that his wife shares and this helps with the decline in fuel and increased isolation.

    This is a clear sign of their short-sightedness... Over years they will lose people who really loved them and really cared for them by their manipulative and abused behaviors... And in their late age, they will pay the services of fuels and resident benefits to people who don't love them and serve them for one purpose only: obtain the money...
    They destroyed all people who loved them to obtain people who are interested only in their money... A very sad ending for the narcissistic people... If this isn't the karma, I don't know what it is... Thx HG for all the knowledge you provide us in these videos 💖

"A brood of vipers",,etc. I have a narcissist mother,,she is a very "religious" narc.,,C.S. Lewis said that " Some of the most evil people in the world are religious evil people". This happened to the woman who birthed me; I was born to be her primary source. My father was also a primary source but she drove him into an early grave, at 50- a heart attack from all the stress and dysfunction. Her health declined when I moved out, she had to have her gall bladder removed. I moved a little further away; she was hospitalized and diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. BTW, I did keep in touch with her and took her out to eat on occasion but she always continued with the cruelty towards me, her favorite scapegoat. She would insult me, scream insults, hang up on me! My therapist suggested I break away when the Narc started in with demeaning my children simply because they were mine (in front of my kids and me the woman purposely loved and spoiled my siblings' kids.) I raised my children differently, breaking the cycle; I was determined they would not suffer from trauma and CPTSD like me. Two of my sibs didn't have kids the one who did (have 3) let that woman raise them much of the time. I believe they were neglected (like I was) but I don't think she had the total access for fuel as she had in her 'prime'. She got MS and deteriorated rapidly, dying in her mid 60's.

I arrived and realized that everyone attending the event besides me and my two small children were staff. Her housekeeper, her lawyer, her driver, her hairdresser, her tailor, etc. I was the only one there that showed up that was not on her payroll and I only showed up because she was pestering me for weeks and lured me with very expensive theatre tickets for my children to watch The Lion King which I couldn’t afford otherwise. She was cruel and berating as usual and I realized that I was under no obligation to put up with her nonesense and decided right then that it was the last time I ever go through that. It’s been such a relief not dealing with her anymore.

    So this is what happened to my ex: he wasn’t as successful in his job as before, family members became more distant ect. He‘s always had health issues, even friends who aren’t in close contact noticed that he was constantly ill and I had to take care of him.
    Well, I wonder whether his new supply does the same, considering that she has three small kids of her own to care for? Good luck- I‘m off the hook! 🤗

      @Zian Lowell that's an internal object. Introject is what it's called. Their voice, triggers cause flashbacks of what happened, your mood drops etc. U have to SAY to yourself. "STOP..This is emotional thinking. They're not even here anymore. I'm doing this to myself. They're a fn fraud. They DON'T CARE, only about themselves. Why should I care about someone who doesn't care."
      Just because you wouldn't do those things, doesn't mean they wouldn't think twice about it. Positive, negative, they don't care. As long as it's attention. The need to be right ALL the time.

    • @daviedood2503
      @daviedood2503 2 года назад +4

      @Zian Lowell u believe what u tell yourself. Every day multiple times a day u tell yourself positive things about yourself. It's called affirmations.
      U begin to believe it. At that point, the recovery doubles in speed. And healing begins to speed up. You're pulling YOURSELF out that emotional hole. Staying home ruminating also keeps u on that wheel of misery. These videos help for the first year or so, but when u can answer the question in the titles of the video, ya you're done watching them. U already know what the video is about before watching it. You're just keeping yourself there at this point. Pull away and implement other types of videos into ur mind. Diy stuff, crafts, projects etc. Gaming, anything but more and more narc vids.

    Heres the kicker: she blames MY FATHER for what she looks like. She is 85 but looks 105.

Not necessarily in that order and not just their own demise but that of others as well. Just bc they lack accountability doesn't mean there isn't any! I've seen a narc reduced to a shell it was unsettling to say the least. Like a vampire that hadn't been able to suck anyone's blood for a long time. I knew nothing about narcissism at the time but walked away with a sense that whatever was wrong was beyond repair. I mourned him that day as if he had already died bc the person I thought he was just wasn't there anymore. Later once I knew about narcissism I came to realize he really had never even existed he was after all just a facade.

    Remember, however, that narcs can cause this to happen to others. The decline of a human being, fast or slow, doesn’t indicate whether or not they’re a narc.

      Same here. I was ensnared by a now 67 yr old. We were in our early 50's at the last go-round and there were 14 yrs to pass till this latest one thru the last year. I saw that age had caught up to him dare I say a little more than it caught up to me? We both have had a health issue or two, but it is very clearly seen in him. As for the mental health, it was a polar opposite to me. Negative and delusional compared to positive and truthful. A meanness compared to my easy-going nature. Basically alone & relying on the few friends, compared to the family and friends that surround me. It was a sharp contrast to what I remembered in years past. I had to take my leave finally, he was so very difficult to deal with. Only afterwards did I come to realize I had been in love with a narcissist for far too many years. It was a shocking discovery. Can never go back.

Except instead of losing our 'fuel matrices,' we just lose all our friends and family. (Same thing, different perspective. Although the narcissists are the first to run from any sort of illness in their 'fuel matrix' and smear/accuse us of faking. It doesn't help being on the autism spectrum either. Losing your 'construct' is like autistic people 'unmasking'/losing our acquired social skills due to disuse. And people are more than happy to tell us our personalities have 'changed' or just avoid us altogether. 'Life. Don't talk to me about life ...')
