Spring is here and its time for the first lawn mowing of the season! The grass itself is not really growing enough to be mowed yet. But I have annoying early Spring weeds growing tall all over the place!
So I'm going to mow with the bag on to collect all the weed seeds to try to reduce spreading. Once things start growing normally, I'll go back to bagless mulching mowing.
After I mow, I spread fertilizer/weed killer combo around the yard to help give it a boost. I skipped the crabgrass preventer this year, we'll see in a few months if that was a good idea or a bad idea!
