Good to know you’re healing well. I have had 2 back surgeries in past years. I just wanted to say that I made your orange fluff for a group. Everyone really enjoyed it so today I just used lime jello with your mixture and added pineapple rid bits. Waiting now til it seats up but tasted real good also.

Hi Debbie, somehow you remind me of a cousin of mine. This Orange Jello Fluff vid recipe is the only one of yours I've seen. I have never subscribed to any RUclips channel but I do watch a few things often. I found you when I searched for Jello, pudding, Cool Whip fruit fluff! LOL. Thank you for this as I am teaching my caregivers (I'm disabled) how to cook! I have not eaten any sugar for almost 6 years now. I was taken by your efforts to make this sugar free. I see that it was only 11 months ago that this was made... how are you doing btw? I am seeing a neuro-spinal surgeon in a few weeks and pretty nervous. I wanted to share with you where I buy my sugar free items since I am very sensitive to any of the alcohol-based sweeteners including xylitol and erythritol which are supposedly all natural (so is sugar) by Whole Food standards. I only use Sucralose which is often lumped in with all negative articles about artificial sweeteners but is NOT the same. It was tested for over 20 years before going to market, has NEVER had studies showing any harmful effects like Saccharine and Aspartame. I don't like Stevia and most everything now uses Erithrytol as a filler OR dextrin which is a sugar derivative. So.... I discovered a company called ChocZero which sold individually wrapped milk chocolate squares on Amazon. They used something called Monk Fruit. It is a type of melon cultivated by Buddhist monks. It rots before it ripens so they use the powdered rind instead of the fruit. It is super, super sweet! With no bitter aftertaste like stevia and saccharine and NO digestive problems like most alcohol based sweeteners including erythritol, xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, and all the other -ol s... lol... Anyway ChocZero.com sells its own chocolates of all sorts now including an awesome caramel, nougat, peanut, milk chocolate bar with ZERO Sugar and ZERO alcihiol based sweeteners, called Rhea bars. But I digress... they have sugar free marshmallows!!! So here is our version of your great recipe and we did the steps exactly as you did. Orange sugar free Jello (bad sweeteners), Jello brand vanilla instant sugar free (bad sweeteners and even though we don't add milk, the box mix has milk powder so I have to take anti-lactose tablets before eating) pudding mix, a tub of Keto NuWhip (better sweetener safety than Sugar Free Cool whip but we do use it too.) Walmart's brand (Great Value) juice packed mandarin oranges (very hard to find juice packed or sweetened w sucralose like you found) which can be found also in snack cups. We also added juice packed and drained crushed pineapple. 1 can of each fruit, 1 large box of each gelatin and pudding and 1 tub of whipped and one 10.5 oz bag of ChoZero brand brand new marshmallows made with monk fruit (luo han guo or another name is Swingle fruit.). Awesome!! Thank you, I'd been doing this wrong for almost 50 years! LOL... mix the jello with 1 cup hot water first and then add the 1/2 cup cold and jell a bit (1/2 hr or so) and then add pudding and whisk to death of the graininess and only then fold in the fluff and fold in the fruit and mallows after. I was making the jello per recipe on box then chopping it up into the fruit and fluff and never using pudding nor gelling together. It was okay but chunky and lumpy in a way that didn't catch the smooth essence of doing the right way like you showed here.

Could you add pineapple and chopped pecans to the orange fluff? What about cheddar cheese?
