- Master class from the legend Denis Cyplenkov himself! Khaled is still very sore with pain from his KOTT event and last MMA match which was 3 weeks ago. Obviously it would make a little difference anyway. But point is, training the basics is always the best. You can be complicated at working out but the basics should be your meat and potatoes / bread and butter. Never neglect them. Same approach Levan and many others do.
I remember MMT also advised Khaled to work on his side pressure. After Khaled's match VS Ryan Bowen fresh for fresh Khaled must train for his next opponent who is also a legend in the sport. Maybe the no training won't work on that legend even if he (Khaled) is fresh.
Next video will be Denis and me armwrestling while him giving me tips. Denis loved the gym and will be back God willing. Again, thanks to Babken for arranging it and thanks for Denis for his tips.

People only talk about how strong Denis is and is strength and that, but not much appreciation has shown to the guys technical knowledge of arm wrestling. Denis in fact is one of the smartest arm wrestlers of all time.
His technique is top notch. Seeing how he analyses a person by testing them in several angles shows how versatile he is.

He got a nice check which I’m sure rivaled his mma checks (without the hit on his body), and considering his potential and beating someone like schoolboy, I think things finally clicked. Honestly I wasn’t a huge fan of his attitude, but seeing this video and how humble and respectful he is with denis who is a legend, that a good step forward.
I think he sees how big the sport really is and how it's growing and doesn't want to miss out on the action. Also I think he enjoyed the schoolboy match. Maybe it proved to him it was a serious thing and he could actually be really good.

Gotta pay Denis to take English classes 5 days a week. This language barrier sucks. Denis is such a cool dude. The world is over language garbage. We need to unite as one with 1 world language. This is the only 1 world thing I would like. Keep the different govt economies and cultures but we have to be able to communicate with one another. It is of utmost importance!

Denis gives the best advice from I've seen so far. It's like he's seeing through you and your weaknesses. Khaled made the right choice to ask him of all people there to give him pointers.
If I were Levan I would start preparing for the biggest challenge in my life. The Hulk is coming for what's rightfully his.
Denis is the only arm wrestler who I watch where it looks like he is thinking about his Christmas shopping list for his family instead of arm wrestling WHILE arm wrestling...and the other person is struggling so hard

Because you have to find your own access to your strength against a stronger opponent. U cant tell a person u gotta fight that during your training your master always get you get ready before any fight. You must be kidding
@@s-saloon8985 What Dennis seems to do, is FEEL what the other person is doing while compromising areas that may feel weak. Takes note of strengths and weaknesses, then tries to give individualistic advice as how to lessen the weaknesses he felt and maximize the strengths.
Devon is a bit more technical and will give LOTS of universal information for someone to see what works for them, with a bit of advice based on frames and stuff from his own experience.
It would depend on the student to get as much out of either of these ways of teaching.
Toddzilla is more rigid. He has solid ways to progress in specific lanes and makes a great coach for plans.
Devon would probably do best coaching one individual long term.
Dennis would probably do best coaching one individual for quick results. (what is needed immediately)
Todd would probably be most helpful to a group of people looking for ways to get stronger for arm wrestling in general.

when he first started he was very competitive everyone who trains with him or talked to him know he is a super nice guy but when he is trying to win he is competitive thats all he has never been a bad guy at all just very aggressive he has a winning mindset which you need in any sport you try to be the best in

Khaled is always so mad when losing, you can legit see the subliminal rage in his face. When Denis towards the end wants to show some technique, Khaled immediate reaction is "i cant pull im hurt", to which Denis replies "we not fighting, im just showing you", then Khaled is ok with it. Even back in the Larry Wheels videos you could say guy is a bad loser
Still, he knows he's not even in the same universe as Denis so his competitiveness is toned down in this video.

KHALED IS NOT INJURED! Stop saying that. He's just sore from the supermatches. Theres a difference between being injured and being sore from a long match. He keeps saying Injured to use it as a reason for why he lost to Ryan Bowen.
Not only is he injured, in fact crippled in this video, but you can also clearly see that he does not train in this room full of equipment.

Really puts it in perspective, I thought schoolboy was way stronger in terms of wordl rankings, but if Khaled can beat him then he can't be that high. Seeing an out of form Denis just play with Khaled's hand is insane too
When you say strong it sounds like you are talking about strength. Strength wise Schoolboy was better but he failed in the endurance area.

A weaker Khaled gave an apparently world champion MTT a very hard time when they were messing about, whereas here we see an out of form Denis treat Khaled like any average guy who can’t budge him an inch. Schoolboy is no joke either. IMO all this shows how strong Denis is and how strong he could become.
