It staggers me just how many drivers will not do this. Are they more important than an emergency vehicle responding to an emergency call? I think not!

@@Richard-Bullock self importance is a big issue mate. Also, this was an ideal scenario to when not to stop. At first, the Ambulance may not have gone the same way as us so, if we did stop, we are causing more problems. Whilst going into the new road, the ambulance indicated to turn the same way so deal with it then.
Too many people stop dead when they don’t need to. I’ve even had them stop in front of me when an Ambulance is coming the other way on a completely clear road.
