🔥Limited SALE & Machine: bit.ly/4cIZ1gJ Ironmaster is having one of their very limited sales events right now for 4 days only on EVERYTHING which is why I held off a bit on releasing this review once I got wind of it. This review really was motivated by my subscribers who passionately kept telling me to check out IronMaster and their diverse product line, which obviously includes their popular adjustable dumbbells. I'm not getting this stuff for free, but if there's else you really want me to review in the future from their line up, let me know!

    Good video. Thanks.
The idea of using it as an inversion table is interesting. I’ve had an actual inversion table and not sure it’s a great option for tall, big guys. I’m also over 200lbs and 6’2”. With the inversion table, you hang by your ankles and it puts a lot of load and strain on your ankles and lower legs. With my weight, the load was hard and it started to cause me pain so I returned it.
With this setup, it seems like the load might be better distributed between your ankles knees and leg bones. This might be better. I’m waiting to see if there’s a Black Friday sale, but I’m definitely getting this bench. The versatility and apparent build quality make for a value that’s hard to beat in this segment.

I've had the Super Bench Pro v1 for three years along with the leg attachment, and dip bar and love it.
The weakest point is the tiny seat.
I'm tall, thin, and ripped (very low body fat) and I find it uncomfortable - it's probably much worse for those who have a much larger frame.

The core components in my gym are this bench, an Ohio power bar, 2 BoS cable towers for a half rack, and the ironmasters cable tower. Throw in some adjustable dumbbells and your favorite piece of cardio equipment, and you are practically done.
You should probably look into the Ironmasters cable tower. It is very compact, on wheels, and has a 250 pound capacity. I added the seat to keep it as a dedicated station, but you could roll in out, attach it to the bench, and then roll it away when you are done. It is a very nice piece of equipment that has flown under the radar. Just wait for the black Friday sale.
