2:14 - Note that a player does not have to have all their Units placed out in order to take a Regroup turn. Just clarifying since so many worker placement games force a strict structure of placing workers out then having a "dead turn" of their workers coming home. A Regroup turn in Dwellings of Eldervale is often a bigger turn with the player placing Units on their Tableau Cards to trigger special actions they have gained by going to the Dungeon. A well timed Regroup does not necessarily sync up with how many Units you have available to place into Eldervale at the time. :) Dale, thanks so much for sharing this excellent introduction to playing Ghosts of Eldervale - the solo play variant of Dwellings of Eldervale!
21:55 And you also get to move up a number of steps on the faction track of the color/element which you built your dwelling on! (In this case, you get to move up 1 step on the purple [Chaos] track) :-
@TheVlad1616 I do enjoy the game, and it is in my top 10 solo games, it's not one I would typically recommend to gamers as a solo game ... unless you can find it for a deal. :)

Can’t wait for the restock!! Thank you for the vid Dale!
@Board Game Time I got lucky getting a copy, that's for sure. Hope they get restocked soon! :)
It’s an older video here, but do you play this game yet? Looks great, but expensive for what would be mainly solo game for me.

Lots of management. Best of luck. If I had one complaint it would be I’d like the dice to be more dramatic.
the management isn't as bad as it first seems. :)
