Seen it tonight for the first time at my Walmart ..there was only one in stock and it wasn't even with all the other knives or in the case it was up top to where people wouldn't even be able to pay attention to it lol .....
20 bucks and I'm in central Florida ...I already have a few fixed blades and just purchased a Gerber prodigy for camping so no need for these but they are still available for people who are interested
I saw that same knife set in a Kentucky Walmart. The little Ozark Trails folding knives are a far better knife than I expected for the price.

Walmart needs to step up the flashlight section they are looking bare in Ohio stores around Cincinnati Eastgate has been the best so far for camping and outdoor gear

Good review. Not necessary to have multiple holes in the tang - the pinch points fore and aft in the tang serve as protection against pullout.
I picked this set up at Walmart in Massachusetts on clearance for $12
But for $25 you could pick yourself up a cold steel axis machete. 11" blade and wood saw along the spine.
Or for $17 you could get yourself a cold steel bowie blade bushman in high carbon steel. This one can also be attached to a spear handle although isnt as ergonomic to use in the knife form
We had them during Christmas time for $23 here in NC they sold out quick!!

Want to make it stronger? Drill 2 holes and insert some brass or steel pins.
Generous stick with radius transitions is plenty for this knife. Not that I'd buy it but at least the sheath won't instantly dull the edge like their secure x.
Port Isabel TX had them very briefly at Christmas. No longer in stock. All the Christmas sets are gone. Just curious have you checked out the Ozark Trail fixed blade about the same size, full tang with a laminate set of scales? It is $20 just for one knife. Not a bad knife just to keep in the truck tool kit.

no way! Cold Steel is competing with Orzark Trail. the 30 bucks GI Tanto is stronger and better sheath than this.

Word of ADVICE dont buy walmart knives. Stick to buying on the known websites
I can see it without Xray... ColdSteel is going downhill... The old School Voyager, AK47 Folder etc are Classics
