In the end, thanks to Megumi. If Sukuna used his domain with the 200m radius, Inumaki would be dead, but as it was limited to 140m to avoid killing Megumi, Inumaki survived too.

If kenjaku hadn't gotten Geto's body even if he went with the same plan Gojo would have not hesitated to move and then not get sealed but bcs its geto he hesitated for a moment and that hesitation got him sealed.

I mean personally i have no investment in the citizens of shibuya but from a story perspective having yuji lose control and straight up killing 1000+ people is not something u can just move on from without consequences. In JJK 0...What Yuta did was release the soul of Rika..the body,the queen of curses was created by Yuta's cursed energy alone. That exists. Yuta just calls it Rika out of habit

So, Geto / Uglybrains had this super long con plan layed out. He marked to types of people as you mentioned. Type 1 are people similar to Yuji. Normal people that had to ingest cursed objects related to mighty sorcerers from the past. Type 2 are people like junpei, that have an innate technique engraved in them already, but couldnt use them due to their brain anatomy, which Geto/uglybrains altered to make them be able to use those said techniques. The expanding black dot was Tengens barrier that Geto forcibly extended. His plan is to set off these 1000 marked people on a massive hunger games esque bloodbath. The 10 mil cursed spirits are supposed to increase the "difficulty" for these people so to speak, forcing them to adapt even quicklier to the new situation. Hope thjis helps :)
you're right except for maybe the black dot. Originally the black dot was Shibuya and the reason it looks like that is because of Sukuna's domain having cut everything within a 140m. radius. It starts expanding because the cursed spirits "Geto" released started moving outwards from Shibuya, presumably destroying everything in their path adding to the destruction of shibuya. The black spot is literally just a black out area of the map.

Meanwhile the black spot was shown directly after sukunas attack, and then expands after the 10m cursed spirits are released. Why would Tengen even have a barrier cantered around the wreckage in Shibuya? Why would it need to expand if the point of a barrier is to protect and in the same vein, constrain things within it. Surely it's counter productive to have a barrier that's slowly expanding outwards to allow the things inside the barrier access to what was previously outside?

Your first theory is right. The curse energy of rika in the first movie is majority yuta’s since he’s the one that accidentally curse her. So he turned her into a vengeful curse spirit, mixed with yuta’s curse energy with rika’s, including her soul. After the movie her soul got released but yuta’s curse energy that initially created the monster that is rika still stayed. So rika now is a shikigami
brain-kun/geto's end goal is basically to evolve jujutsu and reach a new height of sorcery (at least that's how i understand it). he wants to create another "golden age" of jujutsu by creating "chaos beyond his own control". basically the weak will die and the strong will prevail, the strong will get stronger when faced against strong opponents and so on. you'll understand how exactly geto plans to go about this in the next arc
I'm so ready for season 3. It's gonna have so many good manga chapters animated. There is news regarding season 3 coming in December so hopefully it is gonna be a release estimate. Regarding Rika, it was her soul released but the cursed energy and spirit still remained.Yutas cursed technique is so cool, should be explained in season 3 i believe, which would also explain more towards how he stillhas Rika.

When he said “a thousand malevolent yujis” you know how yuji is a vessel for sukuna because he ate the fingers. And its pretty similar with the people he “marked” they “ate” cursed objects to become vessels for sorcerers from the past
Basically Geto is saying that he fed cursed objects to people, like how Yuji ate Sukuna, and he marked people who were capable of sorcery but weren’t born with the brain chemistry for it, like Junpei. Then he used Idle Transfiguration to activate all of those people. He’s also awakened some cursed spirits that were sleeping. He’s doing all this to create chaos in hopes that something will be born from this chaos that’s beyond anything he could imagine
In other words, there Juyi became a curse because he eat a curse object relates to and old curse (sukuna), and now many other people who were giving cursed obetcs belonging to other old curses or old surcersers will wake up. And to be able to see or control curse energy you need to have a sort of brain configuration. Most of the people dont have that configuration, Idle transfuguration is the habilty to shape the soul and body, so basically he transfigurate some people's brain so they can be able to see and control curse energy.
Just a quick side note, sukuna isn’t a curse, he’s a sorcerer turned curse object. And fake geto put a bunch of ancient sorcerers into curse objects as well, not curse spirits into objects

He put cursed objects into people (like Sukuna's finger, just for different things than Sukuna) with a seal that he now unleashed, meaning some people are now "possessed", taken over by whatever person, spirit or other thing that was sealed in them. 2. He marked people like Junpei who have a cursed technique but no way to use it which is due to their brains being different. A person's brain has the cursed technique engraved into it but that doesn't mean the brain also has the capability of using it. He changed their brains so that they can actually use it and instinctively know how to, making them sorcerers. There's a lot more to this and a greater plan involved but that will be explained in the next season.
Loved this reaction and can't wait for Season 3. I highly recommend Vinland Saga for a future series, it's genuinely the best work of fiction I've ever experienced, so I think you guys would absolutely love it.

After the season ended. I downloaded the SHONAN JUMP APP & read the whole Manga. I wasn't going to be waiting until the next season to see what happens next lol.
Don't get confused it's not that complex. Just as Sukuna resides within Yuuji as a curse, Fake Geto, using Idle Transformation and Mahito's technique, orchestrated the summoning of sorcerers from the Heian Era, a time over a thousand years ago. These sorcerers take over the marked bodies, becoming vessels much like Yuuji is for Sukuna. This constitutes the first half of Fake Geto's plan. The second half, which promises to resolve many unanswered questions, will be revealed in Season 3. Having read the manga to its conclusion, I can assure you it all comes together in an incredible way.

Everything sort of makes sense, I don’t consider all of it to be corruption. the shibuya incident is too big to ignore. The higher ups just want to find people they can blame but if you think about it, the principal told Geto and Gojo to question shit so they have always done things their own way because of this philosophy. Gojo is considered an accomplice since he let Geto live when the school was attacked two years ago. Him being imprisoned is the perfect opportunity for jujutsu higher ups to finally exact a sentence on Gojo for years of him doing whatever he wants even if he is a good guy. And most noticeable because of the Shibuya incident Yuji being alive has proven to be the worst case scenario and Yuta might be the only one who has means to execute him.
Yup And The fact that Sukuna went on a rampage & Gojo sealed away and banished from Jujutsu society, they can’t have anymore chances with Yuji and Yuji is on the run.
Since you finished Jujutsu Kaisen (Up until season 2 of course), I would recommend another good Anime starting with a J. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, my favourite of all :) It might be hard to get into for some people (at first), but trust me, it's great. ^^
Great to watch another show with you and your reactions that I have seen be4. If I may recommend another anime cause this season will be finished soon - Fairy Tail (It's finished whole, very funny, magical, emotional, guilds, not normal cats, good vs evil, music, animation etc....)
It was a fun ride watching jjk with you two. If you want a recommendation on what to see next, I recommend Chainsaw Man. It has only 1 season out yet, but it’s really good and kinda similar to jjk in a way

Just as Sukuna resides within Yuuji as a curse, Fake Geto, using Idle Transformation and Mahito's technique, orchestrated the summoning of sorcerers from the Heian Era, a time over a thousand years ago. These sorcerers take over the marked bodies, becoming vessels much like Yuuji is for Sukuna. This constitutes the first half of Fake Geto's plan. The second half, which promises to resolve many unanswered questions, will be revealed in Season 3. Having read the manga to its conclusion, I can assure you it all comes together in an incredible way.

Everything sort of makes sense, I don’t consider all of it to be corruption. the shibuya incident is too big to ignore. The higher ups just want to find people they can blame but if you think about it, the principal told Geto and Gojo to question shit so they have always done things their own way because of this philosophy. Gojo is considered an accomplice since he let Geto live when the school was attacked two years ago. Him being imprisoned is the perfect opportunity for jujutsu higher ups to finally exact a sentence on Gojo for years of him doing whatever he wants even if he is a good guy. And most noticeable because of the Shibuya incident Yuji being alive has proven to be the worst case scenario and Yuta might be the only one who has means to execute him.
Yup And The fact that Sukuna went on a rampage & Gojo sealed away and banished from Jujutsu society, they can’t have anymore chances with Yuji and Yuji is on the run.

Great to watch another show with you and your reactions that I have seen be4. If I may recommend another anime cause this season will be finished soon - Fairy Tail (It's finished whole, very funny, magical, emotional, guilds, not normal cats, good vs evil, music, animation etc....)
