Mahito's japanese VA is phenomenal in JJK and he is so hateable and such a menace that I ended up loving him as a villain. He's a true villain and a true curse to the end. He was speaking straight facts to Yuji as he was tossing him like a ragdoll though regarding the fate of curses and humanity with the war they are having against each other.
This is an incredibly tricky fight from Mahito‘s Perspective. Todo is a master of situational awareness and fights while thinking 5 moves ahead of his enemy. Any time Mahito thinks he‘s spotted an opening, it could just be that Todo is luring him in to set up his next move. His only obvious win conditions are either killing Yuji (which Todo would absolutely not let happen) or using his technique on Todo, which could result in Yuji losing all will to fight. However, since Todo is, as I‘ve said, very aware of his surroundings and opponent, this could just result in Todo swapping with Yuji and Mahito touching Sukuna, which means instant death. Very tricky indeed

So to make it easier for everyone to understand, the time is also shown with regular subtitles on purpose. Even if Yuta, who is not in Japan, receives an urgent call about this situation, it is impossible for him to return home. It is humans who are creating Mahito, and it is humans who are forgetting and repeating their own foolishness. As long as humans continue to resent Mahito and harbor negative feelings toward him, new Mahito will continue to be born. In this respect, Nanami did his best as an adult to prevent Itadori from harboring unnecessary grudges and curses against Mahito, even at the time of his own deat.h. It is unfortunate that there are viewers who want to see Nanami's efforts and thoughts go to waste, and want Itadori to “take revenge” against Mahito. It is ironic that Nanami was most worried about Itadori's change, but the people who are most likely to trample on Nanami's feelings are those who are crying over Nanami's deat.h.
Todo's Bflash kick didn't do damage to mahito but it still helped him awaken 120% of his potential and abilities which is one of the effect of Bflash.... Plus Todo's ability makes is the best for rag team battles, its very hard to fight against that teleport ability.....and i yeah he is a gigachad. Ps :just a small reminder but to damage mahito you need to have the rare ability to damage the soul and right now only yuji has that ability mahito mention it all the back in their first fight at the school, nobara had that ability as well. Thats why among all the curse gang mahito had the highest potential.
Adding to that. Mahitos incredible potential for growth was also because he resembles Sukuna in his actions and determination. He doesn't care in the end, curses or humans, he just pursues himself and his own growth. He is so audacious he even challenges Sukunas warning willingly and tells him to to shut up. He is what Sukuna told Jogo to be.

It's the difference in language and accent japanese in general is just more dramatic than English and there are plenty of amazing dub voice actors with just as much passion

In the US, you have a lot of amazing actors, but the direction is mediocre and in some cases straight up terrible. And it's mostly a problem of localizing and adapting. Western animated shows have very comparable voice acting, though they're rarer in the genres where it can really stand out.. In JP, the only noticeably bad acting and direction I can even think of is the first few arcs of Black Clover. This whole paragraph is subjective, ofc.
Everyone can hate on Mahito as much as they want, no one can tell me he isnt one of the greatest antagonists in anime. The hate he creates towards him from the viewers, you cant not love him for how well designed he is. He is pure evil

Don't feel bad for laughing at Mahito's jokes, he's really funny, I laughed so hard when he yelled back at Yuji "DON'T SCREAM, I'M RIGHT HERE, ITADORI YUJI!", even though I wanted to pull out his throat just a second earlier for what he did to Nanami, but he is really funny, and his voice actor did a fantastic job.
haters sounds are loud .. but actually the amount of people who loved this season are much higher than of those who didn't like it .. yes it is not perfect but it is really enjoyable
From my understanding, Nitta's ability would essentially stop Nobara's brain from getting damaged more from the lack of oxygen, so the possibility of her being saved becomes entirely based on whether Reversed Curse Technique can repair the damage that already did occur to her.
@moaazahmad5058 Mahito assumes that, but Sukuna had no reason to heal Junpei, since he already had a pact with Yuji. But even if that's true, her whole body wasn't transformed, so it's possible RCT could save her.
There is so much truth in what mahito says in the beginning monologue. Quite literally the parallel to Yuji. Mahito is up there with Madara and aizen when it comes to philosophy (maybe a stretch but he's up there)
