    To be honest, I wasn't really planning to watch the whole video because of how dense the information was (felt like too much to absorb), but it felt so insightful and well thought-out, that I naturally just wanted to keep going, and see what else I might learn.
    Grateful that someone out there is making deep and intelligent videos. Going to try to keep at least some of this in mind as I try to get better at volleyball!

    I saw your video so many times, YOU ARE AMAZING!
    Through your last video, I improve my jump position, and it help me jump higher and feel more comfortable.
    But the spike arm swing is still prcticing, because sometimes I can't keep my right elbow close ear. it's too...open.

    Amazing work! If i could ask something for the next video, can you please explain how to keep position zero in different spikes (cross spike/ parralel spike)?

    動画配信ありがとうございます。体幹の動きにこうも右足が関わっているとは…。目から鱗です。すごい着眼ですね。空中でどのような動きをしているか、どう動いているのかが良くわかりました。また、ゼロポジションも実際の位置が意外と低く、インパクトの位置とずれているなぁと思っていました。これも今日の動画で解決しました。次回も楽しみにしています。

      I plan to explain setters as well, but that's probably a long way off.
      I've received a lot of requests for other sports competitions (golf, tennis, baseball, track and field, etc.), so I'll be making videos for those as well.

    この動画のように細かい理屈は分かっていませんでしたが、石川選手等の動きやゼロポジションの浅い知識等で同じような指導をしていました。しかし昔の感覚の保護者がいる時なんかは本当に苦労しました。本当に素晴らしい内容でした。
