The last 30-seconds of the sketch had me cracking up! I had to keep rewinding it and I love how everyone had a hard time keeping a straight face after Heidi fell into the breakable wall🤣😂🤣
@@bigcue3168 oh girl no !. Bowen has nothing to do with it. It is all Kristen. Have a look at her career at SNL and you will learn what physical comedyis
Ah man, this one makes me nostalgic for the humour of the Bill Hader-Fred Armisen-Kristen Wiig-Amy Poehler-Lonely Island-Bobby Moynihan-Maya Rudolph-Seth Myers era :')
A parody on the ridiculous sexualized airheaded things they made women do in pictures during those era. Hilarious and well executed, with that quick intonation and everything 😂
Those ridiculous airheaded things, indeed. Like assuming the role of an efficient, dapper secretary. Thank god, women don't have to play up to that kind of enforced cliché anymore. They can assert themselves going around in see-through "dresses", living for selfies with botoxed lips, all dignified and voluntary.
haven't laughed this hard at SNL in a while. satire and slapstick is your bread and butter, esp from this era. great great sketch. kristin wig is legendary.
Love the legacy for a Mad Men. Haven't thought about secretary's champagne problems ever so this sketch contributed to my perception. And Kristen is so consumable in every sketch that I want every second of her like a vampire. Probably nothing unique in that since crew members included such sexy moments like a prediction.
Idk WHAT last nights episode was about but I am SO GRATEFUL it was a revisit of some of my favorite skits! I love Kristen Wiig so much and I love that she’s in this skit. This is gonna be so rich!!!
Bravo!!! Kristen Wiig, knocks it out, a real home coming out of the park smash... along with her A list of friends makes this episode one of the best ever. Only the best has such a star-studded group of friends too!
Omg the way I just watched on repeat Heidi crash back into that wall with her globe head getting stuck. That's the funniest moment on SNL in a long time. 😂
One of the funniest SNL sketches I've seen in a long time. Great acting not just great comedy. Kudos for not cracking up. Instant classic . many shorts are going to be made out of this one sketch
The second efforts from the ladies to get thru both the table and the wall were highly commendable.
They can be as funny as Chris Farley but don't quite have his Specific Impulse.
Women have practice for it from breaking through glass ceilings.
The table looked breakable anyway
@@AlanCanon2222Meh. Haven’t seen this level of physical comedy on SNL in decades I feel.
Seems like they overbuilt the breakaway furniture this time 🤣
"okay kristen, how many celebrity cameos can you get for us?"
"yes"
Anytime there’s a alumni host like this with guests I just imagine the new cast members being like “welp guess nobody will be seeing me tonight” lol
Well considering this is the worst cast in my lifetime, the more the better

Heidi breaking when she jumped backwards and somehow that made the globe fall off her head was too cute and funny lol
That moment… that smile of accomplishment slapped across her face…. I think I like her now!
Ikr 😂 I love her
Is she wearing two bras? "Suspenders and a belt"?
Got Hamm too
Heidi is the hottest woman on SNL. Way prettier than Kristen Wiig
Kristen Wiig & Heidi Gardner in the same sketch together 🤩
Yes. That is what happened. It’s good to know that you’re not blind.

If Heidi is in a sketch, I fast forward through those moments. Sketch poison.
They had to be the same height for mixing the drink and eating the sandwich
the way all the breakable props are too hard to break in this sketch makes it even funnier 🤣
yeah, you can tell by Heidi's reaction that the globe wasn't supposed to fall off.
And Bowen's moustache came unglued XD

Hamm could *not* survive that last bit. 😂
Everyone broke character. LOL 😂 Hilarious!!
And Jon hamm doesn’t do it often 🤩
Them both not being heavy enough to fall through the furniture and the wall 😭😂
Heidi jumping backwards into the wall was the funniest part. Unexpected and insane.
when nothing works, it works perfectly!
That's been SNL's credo since 1975.
Love the surrealism in this sketch! Kristin and Heidi killed it.💝💝💝
The physical comedy on SNL is one of my favourite
“oh my god, she just fell right through her desk!” after kristen fails to fall through the desk absolutely sent me
That little smile at the end is the closest I’ve EVER seen to Heidi breaking 😂 she is always rock solid
Until this week lol 😝

The closest I saw was in Shane Gillis’ Jamaican church skit
if you look closely, you might catch that not everything went according to plan.
That's the fun of live TV.
😂
The prop mishaps made this very funny sketch 100000000x funnier.
Everyone broke, the props didn't 😂
I will now be replacing "Happy Friday" with "only 2 more days until church". It has to happen.
You also have to strive to say it all in under one second too 😅
Excellent idea! I will start with that tomorrow! I'll be the most popular secretary in the office
How wonderful to have Kristen back again 😄 No one does it better
Heidi cracking up when the globe came off her head made me break out laughing out loud!
When "Mad Men" went completely wrong.🤣🤣
Absolutely loved the quick pacing dialog.
Jon’s face at 2:47 is just adorable!

The only reason I watched snl this weekend was I saw Kristen Wiig was hosting. She's always hilarious and they just about used her in every sketch 🤣

Kristen & Heidi reminded me of Jimbo & Jessica Wild in come of their duo sketches from All Stars...love the physical comedy!
Jon hamms face got SO red!!!
Would be amazing to play poker with him and film everything using one of those Old Hollywood filters 🤩
Trudy & Tootie look good in a silk robe 👘🙌
It actually added a lot that the scenery didn't break too easily. Seeing them have to work for the laugh only added.
