3 Ginger Slices 3片 姜
1 Spring Onion 1条 青葱
1500ml Water 1500毫升 水
Ingredients 配料 :
300g Shark Fin 300克 鱼翅
250g Crab Meat 250克 蟹肉
3 Shallot 3粒 葱头
5 Ginger Slices 5片 姜
1 Egg White 1粒 蛋清
1000ml Chicken Stock 1000毫升 鸡汤
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Maggie chicken stock 1汤匙 鲜鸡上汤
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
2 tablespoon Potato flour 2汤匙 马铃薯粉
Garnish 点缀 :
Black Vinegar 浙江醋
Pepper 胡椒粉
Coriander 芫荽
