On the plus side, Kristen didn't have to wait a year before getting to see it. For those of us who saw it on first release, the wait for Endgame felt like an Infinity. #SorryNotSorry
We all went through the same emotional roller coaster in the theater Kristen. Not a dry eye in there. We were on this 10 yr journey to get to this movie
I was in the theater watching Avengers Endgame, everyone and I mean EVERYONE started cheering when Cap caught Mjolnir after it hit Thanos in the back, when the portals began to open and when Cap finally said the words "Avengers, assemble". And there was definitely a collective tear shed when both Natasha and Tony passed away, even though they did it heroically. Natasha died to allow Hawkeye to collect the Soul Stone, and Tony died after snapping out Thanos and his army in order to give his daughter Morgan and everyone else a chance to live in a beautiful world with as minimal an amount of conflict as possible. Still two of the saddest deaths in the MCU, but they for they were for a heroic purpose.
Arguably 2 of the Greatest Cinematic Reactions of Movie Theater Audiences in History of Theaters Captain America Speaking the Words Avengers Assemble, and Captain America Hand Out then BAM Mjolnir flies to CapS HAND
Pays off that little moment in Age of Ultron when he made it move slightly. And it's great that Thor is happy that Cap is worthy. Even he knows that if *anyone* would be worthy of Mjolnir, of course it would be Cap.
@@GMDTurbo I don't think so, i think cap only had the ability to summon lightning witht the hammer, when Cap was spinning the hammer it wasn't really fast like Thor normally does.
It's a small thing, but I love when Black Panther calls out to Hawkeye during the finale, 'Clint!' A throwback to Civil War, when Hawkeye met him and said 'I'm Clint,' and he replied 'I don't care.' Hawkeye had already been fooled by the alternate Nebula, and may be on high alert, but T'Challa makes a personal connection with him when he calls him by name. To me, these are the things that make or break a cinematic universe. It shows the evolution of characters and relationships, without making a big thing about it. With a movie like this, where ALL the heroes show up, the audience has to be clear on how these characters know each other, and how they feel about each other, and the movie doesn't have time to waste on expositing it. These little moments really make the universe feel real and lived-in, and the characters feel like real people who know and trust each other.
The end credits with the OG Avengers was my fav memory. I knew right then the MCU could never replicate the magic of those 10 years. So anything magical ever since is icing on the cake
1:10:25 No, there is no extra scene during or after the credits. The directors wanted this movie to feel like a real ending and not just teasing some other movie later on. But as a tribute to Tony, you can hear at the very end of the credits the sound of clanging metal from Tony building his first Iron Man suit in the cave.
Back to the first Avengers movie, Tony said that the only special thing of cap came from a bottle and here it was confirmed that he is Worthy, and Steve said that Tony always takes the easy way out, and here Tony sacrifices himself for everyone.
The axe (Stormbreaker) had nothing to do with worthiness, only the hammer (Mjolnir ). Dr. Strange said there was only one way to win. Tony died the moment he snapped. Going anywhere back in time would have brought everyone from Thanos' team. The "special" credit features were autographs of the main cast in the credit reel, and then the clanging sounds from Tony in the cave as a tribute to that first movie where it all started.

One of the best parts about this movie is seeing how ruthless Thanos was in his quest for the stones. By the time we see him in Infinity War he already had a stone and was completely out of armor in the first 2 minutes. Also, Stormbreaker doesn’t have the same enchantment on it like Mjolnir.
I honestly STILL get excited watching this movie, No matter HOW many times I go back to it. And I honestly cannot WAIT to see what Robert Downy JR. gonna bring to the table with Doctor Doom in Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars.
Scarlet witch is the most powerful being in this movie. They kind of capture her power in the scene where she almost defeats thanos. In the comics, she is so powerful that she could’ve by her self been able to warp the reality where Thanos snapped his fingers she could literally change everything by her self

Here we are. All 21 movies has lead up to this very moment. One of the biggest blockbusters of 2019, and somehow beat Avatar financially. I still get hyped for the 3rd act to this movie since almost all of the Avengers got together to finally defeat Thanos.
@@skywillfindyou Okay, we get it! Infinity War was great, but you need to move on already! To quote Syndrome from The Incredibles; “Oh, come on! You gotta admit, this is cool!”
“One of the biggest blockbusters of 2019” is underselling it. It was the biggest of 2019 and one of the biggest of all time (at one point the biggest, though Avatar reclaimed the title with a re-release).
The paper football game was goofy and fun, but it was actually a pretty big moment for Nebula. For the first time, she came in first. Something as simple as Tony telling her that she won the game was something she never experienced. Her entire life, Gamora was the favorite, always one step ahead and just a little bit better at whatever they attempted to do. She was always second place until Tony of all people showed her that little bit of respect and compassion. Nebula had great character development though the MCU journey.
I’ve never wanted to hug a reactor so much in my life. Watching you fall for Tony I knew this would hurt you. For me, the Captain America scene broke me. I’m a massive Cap fan. Hugs Kristen ❤❤
Kristen we enjoyed the ride with you. The OG avengers is what makes this franchise so great. The veterans of acting putting on a masterclass. Marvel takes a new direction now. But this movie was the perfect somewhat ending to the movies. For me personally.
As many have said Kristen, there was a lot of emotion in the theaters when I saw this movie during its release. I was incredibly sad at Natasha's sacrifice, even though it was easy to see coming. Especially, since we got to see how their failed battle against Thanos affected her psyche over the years. So it was obvious that she viewed the Avengers as her family, and was willing to do anything to bring them back together & make sure they succeeded this time. And Tony's broken mental state at the beginning was also sad, especially when tells Steve "I lost the kid". Tony really viewed Peter as a surrogate son, his boy, which made it all the more touching when he embraced Peter during their reunion. But Tony's death definitely hit me the hardest, I remember cursing very loudly in the theater when it happened. Still, his death ensured everyone's success, and also showed his ingenuity in that he learned from the first battle w/ Thanos, and improved his armor so that it would be easier to remove the stones. I highly encourage you to watch the alternate/deleted scene of Tony's death Kristen. I know it'll be hard, but it's an honestly better and more touching moment that expresses just how important Tony was to the Avengers, and also has a significant throwback to both his & Steve's argument, and Loki's confrontation with the elderly man in Germany who refused to kneel, in the first Avengers movie.
The way time travel works in this movie, is that whenever something happens that would disrupt the timeline, a completely new timeline is created instead. So Nebula killing her older self doesn't affect "our" timeline.
Captain America fought against various creatures for 77 years And not a single strand of his hair turned white. In the end, he traveled back in time and He lived with his favorite woman and grew old and wrinkled, What a woman does to a man, fighting for 77 years doesn't
57:15 Actually, you're right, Wanda is indeed one of the most powerful characters, but there she hadn't even reached half of her potential (I don't want to give you spoilers), I'll just say that she has one of the most solid and complex growths in the Marvel universe
In the Theater version there was an end credits scene. It was just the Marvel logo and the sound of a hammer hitting metal from Iron Man one where he made the first suit in the cave. As a nod to Iron man starting the MCU and finishing endgame
Such a testament to how well marvel developed all these characters. We actually feel like we know them like friends, and it makes their sacrifices that much more painful.
I was amazed how they pulled it off... because the original story it took every Marvel heroes to fight Thanos but it took Adam Warlock who stopped Thanos. Original story Thanos single handedly fought individuals that had the stones)gems across the universe called Thanos quest because he wanted to impress Mistress Death. The Axe Hammer Thor had original story was made for an alien called Beta Ray Bill that his deemed worthy he lifted.
First time, didn't eat/drink anything; second showing I picked when to use the bathroom, enjoyed my food, brought extra napkins. (Cap' always could wield the hammer, just didn't need to do it before, Stormbreaker does not have the same properties). Thank you Kristen!
It's not often that a popcorn movie shocks me, but when I saw this in the theatre and the words "Five Years Later" popped up I was genuinely stunned. Marvel gets a lot of flack (with good reason) for not letting characters die and how that diminishes the stakes of these movies, but that moment at least had me questioning if any character was safe anymore.
As someone who grew up with comics and graphic novels of the mid to late 80's, this movie particularly is a great representation of the adult themes found in most of those books, that I always thought were just for kids. Heroes for good or bad are just humans, and have the same flaws, hopes and dreams as everyone else. Sometimes they get an happy ending, and sometimes they don't, but that is what makes excellent story telling, as many of the MCU films that led here weren't perfect, but they got the heart of most things right, and this movie is a shining example of it all. Some of the best comics I ever read made you laugh, cry, and everything in-between, as the people who wrote those stories just wanted to tell good stories, and their medium of choice just happened to have drawings in them.
1:11:39 that's the magic of the MCU phases 1-3. There was joy, sadness, humor, all at the right times. Not just in the Avengers movies but all the individual character movies.
Sadly, most of phases 4 and 5 characters couldn't live up to it. Several bombs in there. The DCEU wanted to be the MCU but their movies are mostly too dark. Hopefully James Gunn can turn that around.
The Russo brothers confirmed in an interview that in Age of Ultron, Steve realized that he could lift Mjolnir. But to spare Thor's feelings, he pretended that he couldn't. That's why Thor said; "I knew it." Because he knew Steve was faking.
Best Avenger film but sad 31:00 that's where we got Loki series season 1 & 2 But the best scene/moment of all time 54:06 when he finally said if for 10yrs later and everybody went nuts back then at the theater
When you change the past you create a divergent/alternate timeline. The moment Thanos learned about his future in 2014 that created a divergent timeline so the Gamora who know lives in the MCU timeline and the Nebula who died aren't from the same timeline as the original Gamora and Nebula.
The revelation that Kristen didn’t care for Paul Rudd before MCU is amazing to me. I’m not saying he is the greatest actor ever but to not like him in a role outside of the MCU before? That blows my mind! Also, regarding Bruce and Natasha…for whatever reason, fans didn’t like that pairing. I guess maybe because there was no build up. They met in the first Avengers movies and then all of a sudden were a thing in Age of Ultron. Personally I liked them together. I wish there was more of a continuation between them in Infinity War and Endgame, but whatever.
Dommage que la scène où tout les avengers pose un genou a terre pour rendre hommage a tony ne soit pas dans le film elle est tellement incroyable cette scène
Just a little clarification for you, Kristin. RDJ and Chris Evans were at th end of their contract with Marvel and did not want to renew them as they have been playing those characters for 11 years. So the Russo brothers gave them an epic ending. Scar Jo only had one more movie left in her contract, which turned out to be her solo prequel movie. As far as Thor's Axe Stormbreaker goes, it does not have the worthy enchantment that Mjolnir does. Therefore, it can be wielded by anyone.
The value of this movie in itself is through the roof under pretty much every aspect, but the build up is what really brings it over the top. 20 movies of character growth and story development that converge into this. That in itself is incredible, especially considering that most franchises (even the most decorated ones) manage to lose themselves in the span of a trilogy. They kept it consistent (with a couple of missteps..) not throught 3 movies, but through TWENTYONE. ....Yes, then it all went to shit, but still, this incredible journey will not be affected.
For us, this was 10 years of a journey about Tony Stark's arch. I remember nobody left the cinema for pee and while leaving everybody felt emotionally depleted. But it was a worthy and epic journey all those years. For me personally MCU kinda ended with Endgame because after this it's kinda meh... I'm glad you loved the journey too Kristen. We love you 3000"
Dr. Strange was playing the long game the whole time. He saw the one possibility out of 14,000,605 in which they won, and he knew that Tony was integral to it happening. Without Tony, they wouldn't have achieved time travel and he wouldn't have been able to snap everyone back into existence. But that means that Strange knew all along that Tony had to sacrifice himself in the end. The burden of that knowledge is clear in that distant stare in Strange's eyes at Tony's funeral.
I think that Strange's knowledge of the one way impacts many things after he views it. He knows they need to fight Thanos until the moment when he almost kills Tony, because he needs Thanos to promise to spare Tony's life. As Nebula mentions later, Thanos doesn't lie, part of his sense of honor, which I believe causes him to also either consciously or not, exclude Tony from the snap, because to do otherwise would violate the nature of his promise to Strange, if not the letter of it. So Strange couldn't give him the stone any point in the fight before he had the opportunity to get that promise. Tony had to be around after the snap to create the time GPS, he also had to be the one to create the new gauntlet so that it was made from Stark nanotech, which allowed him to control it once he grabbed it and use the nanotech to shift the stones. Strange had also seen that if Tony knew how they win, he would try to improve on it, to prevent some of the things that had to happen (Natasha's death, the failure with the first Tesseract grab) because likely several of the outcomes he'd seen had included Tony knowing and his need for a perfect outcome causing them to lose. He knew, however, that Tony would be willing to sacrifice himself, which is why it was only when that was the next step, he showed Tony that they were on the one outcome he'd seen.
51:04 You're either worthy or you're not. You can't be "almost" worthy and you can't, "almost" pick up the hammer. You either can or you can't. In _Age of Ultron,_ Cap actually could pick up the hammer. He chose not to because he knew how important it was to Thor.
They can't reverse time without reversing what was done. Dr. Strange said it: this was the one way they had to win. If they reversed time to save Tony, it comes at the cost of half the universe.
When thinking of Nebula shooting her past self, try not to think of it in the normal "time teavel" concept. Just as with Loki grabbing the tesseract, the past Nebula dying won't change the history that we know. As the Ancient One explained to Bruce, these changes are actually branching off into an alternate timeline that will exist independently of the events that our Avengers experienced (it's basically the start of the multiverse concept in the MCU). So, in effect, Nebula didn't kill herself. She killed a double (might as well have been a twin or clone that just had the same memories up to a point).

Here we are. All 21 movies has lead up to this very moment. One of the biggest blockbusters of 2019, and somehow beat Avatar financially. I still get hyped for the 3rd act to this movie since almost all of the Avengers got together to finally defeat Thanos.
Ik bro me too I was hyped when this masterpiece came out
Meh
The "very" moment was Thanos victory in previous movie.
This is one of those movies. If you were there on opening weekend, you will never forget that theater experience.
Oh honey I'm sending you a preemptive hug❤❤❤❤❤
The way time travel works in this movie, is that whenever something happens that would disrupt the timeline, a completely new timeline is created instead. So Nebula killing her older self doesn't affect "our" timeline.
"I am Iron Man" and the cheesburgers are callbacks to the end of the first Iron Man movie. The one that started everything.
I like to mention that every movie since Iron Man equals 3000 hours, which is a cool Easter egg in the phrase, “I ❤ you 3000.”
The fact that this is the most accurate portrayal of Thor in marvel is funny and kinda good
In the Theater version there was an end credits scene.
Opening night was quite the experience. That night, we all were Avengers.
Love Endgame! Best Avengers film. CAPTAIN MARVEL ❤
Agree with everything u said. Super happy Cap finally got to live his life with the woman he loves
Finally 🎉🎉🎉done with the Infinity Saga!❤....welcome to the Multiverse Saga🔥
I seen the thumbnail and instantly knew
This movie crushed her feelings
I was about to go to sleep, but I'm glad I checked RUclips.
Best Avenger film but sad
31:00 that's where we got Loki series season 1 & 2
But the best scene/moment of all time 54:06 when he finally said if for 10yrs later and everybody went nuts back then at the theater
No more cap, Ironman,Nat,….. and vision .. and the end credit with the banging of Tony making his first suit in the cave brings this back to the start
Now, imagine watching infinity war, and endgame in the theater, with everyone either in shock, or crying.....so good, so bad
I have never wanted to hug someone so much and tell them life will go on😂😂
Finally over with the Infinity Saga! Next up, the multiverse saga... Hoo, boy.
Saw this several times... even so, I felt for you at each emotional beat. Even through the bitter sweet epilogue...
When you change the past you create a divergent/alternate timeline. The moment Thanos learned about his future in 2014 that created a divergent timeline so the Gamora who know lives in the MCU timeline and the Nebula who died aren't from the same timeline as the original Gamora and Nebula.
#1 movie experience in my 32 yrs of life and i cant imagine any other movie toping it. Theaters were insane release night
She is all of us watching this the first time. I love this, the energy, the wonder... Its great
The revelation that Kristen didn’t care for Paul Rudd before MCU is amazing to me.
😂 My girl Kristen completely forgot about Vision!!
The only movie I saw in a theater 3 times. A damn masterpiece. And it never felt like 3 hours
Dommage que la scène où tout les avengers pose un genou a terre pour rendre hommage a tony ne soit pas dans le film elle est tellement incroyable cette scène
Agree 100%!
See you crying in your videos, makes me cry but also laugh, because i remember Armagedon 😅😅😅😅😅😅
VERY SMART KRISTEN. YOU BROUGHT TISSUES !!! EPIC REACTION VIDEO TO AN EPIC ACTION MOVIE !!! KEEP IT GOING !!!
Ah poor Kristen, we love you 3000.
As Stan Lee wrote, "And Lo, There Shall Be An Ending." And as Marcus and McFeeley wrote, "Part of the journey is the end!" @Kris10Kesp Kristen, thank you for entering our geek universe with such enthusiasm!!! Hope you enjoyed the ride!!! And thanks to @CinePals for letting her have this platform!!! #MCU #MarvelStudios #AvengersEndgame #MakeMineMarvel #CinePals
I was just like you Kristen in the theaters!! Ironman was my favorite 😢😢!! Seeing him die broke me
