10:20...AWESOME shot! One thing I like about your drone videos is that compared to anyone else, you use a lot of scenery shots to help the story along. And...you've got incredible scenery to work with. BTW, since no rain in Houston basically since mid-June, the mosquitos have been non-existent. And you are right in your statement about the Avata especially...it's put the fun factor back into flying a drone.
Right. It’s a blast to fly. Crazy no mosquitoes in Houston. That’s in heard of. I never have any in town here and normally not at this spot. This was insane.
Great video showing the different types of footage you can get with both these drones. And nice exploring around inside the old buildings with the Avata, and getting tight shots. Than using the Air for those more epic shots of the landscape. Thanks for sharing Sean.
Once again, another great comparison between the Avata and the Air 3. I will repeat myself, my Mini 2 has not flown all summer, I’m all about the Avata. Awesome editing at the end.
Sean - amazing as always! I really loved how you made the distinction between the two while emphasizing how well these two great drones can work together. I always travel with both my Air2S and my Avata. I always seem to learn some great things from you - thanks! BTW I've got some new stuff up on my channel.
I have wanted to shoot more cinematic shots more with avata 2 than fpv shots 😔. Avata 2 tilts a lot because of wind. I wonder if it’s the same with air 3z
Hello Sean. Wow, awesome flights, scenery and some close calls😁. Those dang misquotes, I’d be one swollen miss after seeing you fighting them off. Thank you for your outstanding production and professionalism in putting together this outstanding comparison of these two drones👏👏👏. I wish you an excellent week🙏.
Ever since I was a kid I’ve wanted to live in Colorado! Now, after watching a few of your videos, except for the damn mosquitos, I still would love to end up there some day. But in the meantime, I have you! 😂 Great video Sean! None other like it. Thanks for braving the elements (mosquitos) for us viewers to bring these high quality, down to earth, informative videos. We appreciate it more than you might know 👍🏼 Keep it up my friend! ✌🏼
I just bought a Mavic air 2 about 2 months ago for $275. It was my first drone ever. I really was hooked and bought the Avata explorer combo 3 weeks ago to get FPV experience. I thought I might want to get rid of the Mavic 2 but for as little as I paid for it I’m not sure. I haven’t been flying the Mavic air 2 lately but it definitely has its purpose. I’m guessing I could easily get $400 for it because it came with a ton of extras like 3 batteries and lenses, extra blades, carrying bag
Thank you for the reply, that is great to know and really helps me decide on which drone to get. While I would love to get the Avata as my first real drone, the battery life is a major stopping point for what I need the drone to do. I think I will be getting an Air 3 this summer and start from there. Thank you again.@@SeanOzz
Those little buggers weren’t very nice to you, maybe take insect repellent with you in future locations. Very interesting video, well presented. I did wonder what was encroaching on the video recording from the side. It might be worth wearing safety boots when filming in locations that have abandoned buildings, scrap metal and nails are not exactly pleasant if you get impaled on them. I wear safety boots every day as normal footwear , and saved me an injury on many occasions. 👍
@@SeanOzz try it you’d be surprised. Especially with your truck having having a fiberglass roof you shouldn’t get much signal degradation. I fly my Avata from inside my vehicle all the time especially in the winter. Would feel comfortable and have flown at ranges similar to what u had in ur video in both my car and truck. It’s nice to be out of the elements sometime especially when cold and wet

Great video Sean. Well put together and I enjoyed the Mosquito dancing. Hope no West Niles critters in the area. A+ 😎
I hope so too. 😂😂😂
Great video, Sean...always love your content! Both the Air3 and the Avata have different aspects that I enjoyed, can't really pick one over the other.
They are both some great flying machines.
It’s like Cereal and Milk, I need both! 🔥🔥
Right. 😂😂😂

That is definitely an awesome go to location! Can’t wait to see it with some snow! Thanks for sharing!
Different location but I just got some great snow shots this afternoon.
What a really great comprehensive video. I love the setting and your overall presentation.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it

Thanks bo. Glad you enjoyed the video. Also glad they are helpful. Might come down in a couple weeks again.

Two totally different types of Drones.
Nice video and awesome location to fly. One of these days i'm going to jump out there and purchase an Avata.
So much fun.

Thanks for getting bitten by so many mosquitoes to make this video Sean, really appreciate it. 😂 hope they didn’t do too much damage.
😂😂 they sucked. Literally

Thank you so much. I’ve never seen that many mosquitoes where I live before. Lol. Was brutal.

Can you use the Google’s with the air?
Yes. Now you can with latest updates
Can you fly the Air 3 with a VR headset?
You can with the DJI goggles

Or get a mini 4and avata both for around the safe price.
Mini 4 is awesome

Never seen them at that location before or we would have brought some. Was insane.
Air3. Would be my pick. I have the Air2S and thinking about selling it , but I have so much in it I’ll never get close to what I have in it.
I did a side by side with the 2s and I was really impressed with the 3 over the 2s.
Damn. I just bought an air 3 which I love. Now I want an avata…. Thanks 😂
😂 you’re welcome
Glad to see you pinching for FPV! 🤘
It’s weird but I’m working on it.

Not glad to see you displaying a satanic horns hand sign. Satan / lucifer is a deceiver
Lol you could’ve recorded in the car with all the mosquitoes 🤣
True but wouldn’t have been as entertaining. 😂😂
Looks like the mosquitoes got that barn and everyone in it 😬
😂😂😂
I see those mosquitos lighting you up and wonder why you don’t fly from inside your vehicle?
Better footage from outside, and better signal.

Try what? I fly from in my truck a lot. Check out my other videos. 😜
You can use goggles with the air 3 have you tried it yet. Please do a review with the goggles and the air 3
I don’t carry google with when doing flights with the normal camera drones. For me it doesn’t improve the way I’d fly that style drone.
@@SeanOzz I would love to see a review with them
Cool
Thanks
FPV with mosquitoes is no fun!
Not at all.
If you eat only meat for 30 day's mosquitoes won't bite!...
👍🏻 that’s all I eat mixed with bread and drinks. Not a veggie guy. 🤪
great video spoiled by your musqito actions. not watching this, sorry!
No clue what you mean? 😢

? What about it. That’s pretty far in. So u watched it after all. 😊
