Having 5 cr10’s I completely understand how you can spot an issue but my oldest one had the lead screw issue that was driving me crazy for a minute until I saw what was going on. I make custom light boxes and I just got really started about a year ago and I can barely keep up and when they are all going 24/7 I’m doing regular maintenance constantly. But every one has paid for itself. Good luck on your enterprise I think you have a good thing going.
Thanks jack! Maintenance is a huge part of running the farm. It's what keeps me on my toes and hopefully I can share my experience with it with you all.
Thank you. These are Husky shelves purchased from lowes hardware. Very sturdy, I am happy with them. I used 3/4 plywood underneath so the printers have a stable surface to sit on. The shelves originally came with grating
Great vid been watching vids like this you were on the front page of RUclips. One of the things that seems to hit home is other farmers saying - do not try to sell too many different types of item, and do not try to sell too many different colours. Sound like your trying to do both! In fact one guys said after all the crap and stress he ended up going back to just a black product and a white product. Take it or leave it (paint it if you aint happy) Interesting how hard it must be to strike the balance in the middle. I see mostly hatchbox, I am currently testing hatchbox and esun - any thoughts?
Hey Mr.Butuz thanks for commenting! I have 80 different combinations of colors and products, but they only range in size. They are essentially the same product. But I do have 16 different gcode files. I've made a good system for myself to where it's not too much hassle to swap colors and print a different gcode file. In my opinion the key is to using the exact same profile for everything. I switched to Hatchbox pla and love it. It has not failed me once. The diameter is consistent with what they advertise at .03mm and I love the color selection. I used to use filacube but not anymore. They advertised. 03mm but it was a gamble if you really got that tolerance or not.
I appreciate your rambling bro because normally any kind of real advice like this people charge others a lot
Very nice setup there, I certainly hope you're doing well.
Really nice setup
Great video. It contains the information I need!

it irks me a bit that you are using celsius for your nozzle temps and fahrenheit for your room temperatures... in the same sentence... hahaha
does it worry you about a fire?
There a link to what you sell mate?

How many printers can you connect per circuit?
Each printer uses 2 amps. 240 watts. I run 10 printers on a 25 amp breaker.
