These videos are tremendously helpful as nobody else in my shop seems to worry about the very thing holding up something that could crush them in an instant. Thank you

The side that clicks "last" or "Later" than the other is too TIGHT or too LOOSE?

The side that clicks last/later is generally found to be too loose. That side will need to be tightened up to match the 1st clicking side.
*note, only adjust cables only while unloaded

So, If the RIGHT (Power ) side clicks FIRST, do I tighten the RIGHT cable or LEFT cable? (IE Left adjust nut adjusts Right side and vice versa, I THINK). Thank you, Michael @@RotarySolutions

The side that clicks last would need to be tightened. So, if the right (Power unit) side clicks last then you will need to tighten the right side to match the left side.

WHICH adjusting NUT controls WHICH SIDE? In other words, does right nut tighten left side or right side. @@RotarySolutions

The nut on the right side controls the right side, this is the same with the left side. So, if the right (Power unit) side clicks last then you will need to tighten the right side to match the clicking on the left side.

Sounds like the lift needs a slight cable adjustment. We recommend contacting your closest RAI to get the issue fixed and to get the lift inspected. rotarylift.com/contact-distributor/

Yeah, I get that a lot. You'll really have to hear it if it's really synced with each other the slightest offset will do that ... Once you catch it you'll know to adjust it a tad bit... If not back out the nut on both and start over
