The composer was Blessed Hermann of Reichenau born in 1054, who the democrats and left would say should have been aborted. He was born w/cleft palate, cerebral palsy & spina bifida, he was placed in a Benedictine monastery at 7. A genius in astronomy, theology, poetry, math, music, Arabic, Greek, and Latin, he composed the Salve Regina and Alma Redemptoris Mater.
You mean he composed the TEXT of the two prayers?
