I don't think I'm exaggerating here: if you're an intermediate rock and roll guitar player looking to improve, this might be the most useful hour and a half of instruction on RUclips. So densely packed with so much great advice. I know I'll be spending weeks working through just this video. Theory and practice woven together in all the right ways, in the context of some great riffing on a great tune. Just amazing stuff, Jack. Huge thanks.
Absolutely agree. I take notes, put the videos in different playlists, review both. I always learn a few new things, but I never get everything. But since I've been watching I've been improving rapidly. Jack pulls together so many things.
Hey Jack - thanks for this - I didn't manage to catch this live, but there's so much here for me to add to my workouts - I think I watched this 3 times yesterday, and finally got to the end today. OK, break's over - back to eating the elephant (wait a minute - should we really be eating elephants? don't get me started on elephants...)
I am about 1 minute 32 seconds into the replay of your live show! a tune i have been wrestling with for some months now. While I do a passable solo figured out and several avenues to competently explore, have not gotten to the point being able to fully cut loose and create on the spot. 1:32 faceplate AHA moment.. saying to my self Play it slow you dummy. Just like maestro did in this intro of this lesson.... Thx Jack!

not exaggerating. I know what I am doing for the next while. and thank god for the Vidami.
The first minute and a half of you just playing I could listen to 1000 times.
For real. Wish I lived in NY so I could go see his band.
That version off the Skull & Roses album... is just amazing. so are your videos. thanks for taking the time.
