My ranking personally 1. Bow (Bow is the best party member in the game without question, she can basically give mario a free turn with outta sight and in Paper Mario 64, mario has FAR more options than partners. You have more chances to stay at low hp and abuse the power rush/mega rush badges. Other than that everything else you said is spot on) 2. Watt (Easily the best base move in the game, 5 damage that can pierce all defense is super good, that alone makes watt one of the best party members but Mega Shock makes her even better) 3. Sushie (Tidal Wave is so broken it can crash the game! Refer to the parakarry section if you want my reasoning for this one, but other than that Sushie is theoretically the most powerful partner if you were perfect with tidal wave) 4. Goombario (Multibonk is good but its cap is bugged however he can do the most single target damage out of any partner which is why i think he’s better than the ones below him) 5. Kooper (Underrated imo, dizzy shell is a super busted move as if it lands you can get a bunch of free turns and fire shell destroys chapter 7) 6. Bombette (High damage moves that can easily deal with enemies on the field) 7. Parakarry (When you really think about it, parakarry is mechanically a worse version of Sushie, tidal wave can do more damage than air raid if you’re good enough, and water block is a better super rank move than air lift, the base rank moves are pretty much the same damage and FP cost across both of them) 8.Lakilester (Pretty much agree with everything you said, tbh if Lakilester was the second party member you got i wouldn’t mind him being weak so much)
I got into the mario and luigi series because of your dream team boss ranking video and i have loved the series my favorite has been dream team and i ordered mario and luigi paper jam from ebay yesterday! I also played the ds games in a very legal way and definetly did not order an 256 in 1 game that had both PiT and BIS
Dream Team is actually my recommendation for the first one to play since its very long but won't feel that dragged out for a new player and good job on the VERY legal ways you got PiT and BiS :D
What people don’t realize is that Out of Sight is totally busted because it literally gives Mario 2 turns in a row. Effectively, it makes Bow a second Mario as a partner. Turn 1: Mario gets a free attack in then goes invisible. Turn 2: Mario gets his second attack in and Bow doesn’t attack (but you count turn 1 as Bow’s attack basically). It’s very broken.
This was an interesting ranking. Despite having only played the game once, your opinions didn't seem too far off from people who are more experienced. A few things I'd like to mention: - I was surprised by how low Sushie was and how high Parakarry was, considering that Sushie is basically Parakarry, but better. As someone who's only played Paper Mario on the Wii U VC, I definitely relate to your issue with Tidal Wave, since it also uses the right stick for the down inputs. It's very awkward, as you said. However, you do have to acknowledge that it's definitely the best partner AOE if you can execute it well. It costs the same amount as Air Raid, but can do more damage, and is good against fire enemies. Same goes for Squirt as well. It's basically a better version of Shell Shot because of the water element. I can understand Squirt maybe feeling a bit awkward and confusing at first, but with practice, I'm sure you could get consistent at it, especially considering that it doesn't have the same awkward control issue as Tidal Wave. Sky Dive is slightly better than Belly Flop since it can hit ceiling enemies, but realistically, that probably won't matter much. Lastly, and somewhat obviously, Water Block is WAY better than Air Lift. - On the other hand, I was surprised by how high Bombette was. Body Slam is definitely the worst base move. It does the typical 5 non-piercing damage, only hits the front, makes contact, and can't hit air enemies. Every single other base move is better in some way or another. Additionally, while Power Bomb and Mega Bomb may be strong, they are just way too expensive to justify using when there are better AOE moves, such as Tidal Wave and Star Storm. Also, something you may not have considered is that there's quite a few bosses that are completely airborne, such as Huff N. Puff and Lava Piranha, so she's virtually useless against them. Same goes for Kooper, but at least his moves are more reasonably priced, making him more useful in other situations. - I think your other rankings made sense for the most part. I was kind of surprised to hear that you recognized how OP Outta Sight is even on your first playthrough, because I feel like a lot of players, myself included, didn't recognize just how great it is until after playing the game a good few times.
for the last point, the reason why I noticed it so fast was because of Huff n Puff and Crystal King. Fun Fact I never died to a boss in this game, but I got VERY close with both of those fights. I realized that if I heal right before I use Outta Sight, then I would be good to go and be back at full health which really helped with Crystal King and Kind of Bowser. For Sushie, this is why I mentioned in the video that Sushie is lower because of me and not the moveset, I think the positive for Parakerry to me is that he is the best attacking partner in the game with his ability to do all 3 types of attacking moves which is beneficial. Its not game breaking like the number 2 and number 1 spot are but its very useful. Also Water Block I also just found...well obviously its great but I think Turbo Charge is better to use in my personal opinion. Bombette is weird because the main thing that I like with Bombette is the damage output and its like a slightly worse version of Parakerry in a way. 7 damage for 6 Fp with Power Bomb is a great move and its very worth it for me personally. Mega Bomb isn't great which I agree with. And I think another thing is that I kinda just find the other 4 partners worse than Bombette LOL. My numbers 1 - 3 are the partners I actually use a lot, 4 - 5 are the ok partners and 6 - 8 are the partners that are basically useless to me personally if I had to categorize them. And at least for bombette when compared to Sushie, at least I can use her moves easily compared to Sushie where I am just GARBAGE with them LOL. These are good points you do bring up though and its why any partner ranking for this game is interesting since a lot of these partners are pretty close to each other in quality.
I’m SO happy about this 64 content! I already said it last video, but 64 is my favorite and I can’t wait for more content! I’ll probably comment again when the video is out.
I like to think of moves like Spook and Hurricane as survival skills. They can be very useful for when you are low on hp or items, or if you just want to make a large group of enemies more manageable.
Your problem with Tidal Wave is definitely understandable, but ironically, a problem few people would theoretically have. This game was also released on Wii U Virtual Console (the one I have), which allowed custom button mapping. If NSO had the same feature, you could map C-Down to one of the face buttons (like X for example, which is what I use) and it’d be so much simpler.
Ok so 2 things: 1. I think goombario should be lower, because multibonk is glitched, if you didnt know, if you use multibonk twice in the same battle, it will cap off very quickly at like 2 or maybe 3 bounces. 2. Spamming the control stick is actualy very easy, you just have to hold your controler with only your left hand, and use your right hand to spam
For the second point, I do agree because that’s what I do, but it still hurts after a decent amount of time doing it, but the first point I do know but I still think that Kooper and Lakilester are worse. At least Headbonk is a pretty good move and even one multibonk is great to have compared to Kooper who can only hit ground enemies and Lakilester who is just too weak
my personal ranking before watching the video: 8. Lakilester. Reasoning: garbage 7. Bombette. Reasoning: Outclassed, but still good, too expensive for what she offers though 6. Kooper. Reasoning: Same as bombette, but more versatile and less expensive 5. Parakarry. Reasoning: Very good aoe damage, good single target attack, actual good taking enemies out of battles move, cute li'l guy 4. Sushie. Reasoning: Has the potential to do the highest unbuffed aoe damage attack in the game (not counting mario), good general offense, and can give mario higher defense 3. Bow. Reasoning: Highest unbuffed single target damage in the game (still not counting mario), OUT OF SIGHT, good default move, sassy 2. Goombario. Reasoning: literally just a second mario, like if you continuously power up his multi-bonk he can reach 20-60 damage in one attack, absolutely insane that this guy is slept on as much as he is lol 1. Watt. Reasoning: Piercing default attack which is incredibly good, has the potential to freeze enemies for multiple turns, can power up mario, just extremely versatile
it is immensely funny to me how often you just said some moves are worse versions of spiny flip i was fully prepared for you to say that for every entry
I am working on my favorite video game bosses I put elder princess shroob there because I love that fight. I do want to replay Mario and Luigi partners in time but right now I am replaying paper Mario the origami king.
First, I get being bad with sushie haha😂 if you spend some time practicing moves, she can do SO much damage, even over ten with the tidal wave move. I would move her up a bit on the list, but I get it. Bombett to me is just ok, to much FP. I would move her a bit down. I agree that bow is #1 for partners. Watt is also OP.
My ranking: 8. Lakilester: he would maybe be decent if he weren’t the last partner, but he’s just so meh 7. Kooper: he’s great for ground enemies only, which is a huge problem. Koops in TTYD improved on this type of character by giving him Shell Shield and Shell Slam 6. Goombario: Multibonk is great, but Charge is kind of worthless. Like Koops with Kooper, Goombella did this type of character justice in TTYD thanks to the OP Rally Wink. I put Goombario higher than Koops because of the Tattle Log. 5. Bombette: she does a f***load of damage, but chugs through too much FP to do that damage. Once again, TTYD improved on this type of character with Bobbery’s 0 FP move being Bomb 4. Parakarry: I don’t like this partner, but I’m taking a flier on this one. Sky Dive and Shell Shot are solid, Air Raid is phenomenal, and I love that he can hit enemies on the ceiling. However, Air Lift is a complete waste of a move. It’s a worse version of Hurricane that can only remove one enemy at a time, still gives no Star Points, and will injure Parakarry if the enemy has spikes or is on fire. With that said, his other three moves are solid, so I’ll give him credit for that 3. Sushie: not only does she deal a ton of damage, but the water element is really useful, plus she can bolster Mario’s defense. Tidal Wave is also insanely strong, but the amount that it lags the game is atrocious 2. Bow: unless your enemy has higher defense, the amount of damage that this sassy ghost does for almost no FP is outstanding! Plus, Outta Sight is really useful in many scenarios. My one gripe is that in my opinion, TTYD improves this type of character with Vivian, but that doesn’t change how good this Boo is 1. Watt: for how much she can do, she’s quite conservative with her FP. Electro Dash is nothing special, but Power Shock and Mega Shock are nuts. Paralysis is amazing in this game. But most importantly, Turbo Charge gives Mario an huge boost in attack for a mere 3 FP! That is absolutely insane!
Wow. Already? Talk about an early birthday present but I guess I shall return in mind with TWO lists. Partners character wise differ greatly from their battle viability. Character List 8. Kooper (Literally all he is personality wise is a Professor Kolorado fanboy.) 7. Sushie (She’s a babysitter) 6. Goombario (A Goomba who idolizes Mario) 5. Watt (Her being a baby means she gets away with being a blank slate.) 4. Bombette (I honestly love how hotheaded she is. She’s definitely a menace as she says when you meet her.) 3. Parakarry (Man, so close to having a character… guys an incompetent mailman and is the reason the letter sidequest exists.) 2. Lakilester (Finally. A character. Love how this guy tries to be cool but is just a socially awkward Lakitu with insecurities. Also he’s in a relationship.) 1. Bow (Yep, no surprise. The partner with the MOST character and I love how sassy and cynical she is. She’s really funny.) Battle Viability List 8. Bombette Body Slam - F Bomb - D Power Bomb - D Mega Bomb - F Yep, she’s last place on the Battle Viability Spectrum. Sorry not Sorry. Bombette’s main problem is her lack of coverage or when she actually has coverage, it costs too much FP when there’s infinitely better options. Both her base moves are front-locked and only her Ultra Rank move actually reaches off the ground but it costs 8 FP. That’s insane. 7. Parakarry Sky Dive - D Shell Shot - B Air Lift - F Air Raid - E Parakarry is basically better Bombette because he covers her main weaknesses with ease. Shell Shot is Better Bomb. Air Raid is Better Mega Bomb. Really his biggest dud is Air Lift which is an OHKO move that’s single target. It’s immediately outclassed by Spook. 6. Lakilester Spiny Flip - D Spiny Surge - D Cloud Nine - D Hurricane - E Lakilester is actually pretty good. I’d be a lot more positive about his Offensive Moves if he was available earlier as that’s his biggest drawback. By the time you get him, you already have access to the best AoE move in the game: Tidal Wave which sorta makes Spiny Surge look totally limp. As such, his Bread and Butter is Cloud Nine, which grants almost 50% evasion. More than any of the Evasion Badges. That being said, you should never rely on evasion. 5. Goombario Headbonk - B Tattle - FF Charge - C Multibonk - B Theoretically, Goombario should be the most broken thing in the game with his Charge/Multibonk Combo, but when you only need like 15 FP at most, and furthermore, with how many turns it takes to get the desired Charge, said combo is horribly suboptimal. Also Multibonk is bugged. Maybe it’d be better if partner badges were a thing but they aren’t until TTYD. Also Tattle does LITERALLY NOTHING. So yeah. 4. Kooper Shell Toss - E Power Shell - C Dizzy Shell - D Fire Shell - C Kooper has a lot going for him, like how he’s a more cost effective Bombette, but he also can’t reach midair enemies. His two AoE attacks are solid ways to mow rows down especially the latter but only in Chapter 7. Otherwise, he’s perfectly okay. 3. Sushie Belly Flop - C Squirt - B Water Block - S Tidal Wave - S These top three are basically the trifecta of partners that truly hold their own in battle. Sushie is barely the weakest but that’s because of the next two’s best aspects. Squirt is better Shell Shot since it has water properties meaning that it does more damage to fire enemies. Water Block ups Mario’s Defense by 1 allowing him to facilitate damage taken making it easier to get into Peril. Tidal Wave is the best AoE move in the game, being able to do massive damage on top of the water properties. If you Cycle Mash, you can reach 14 damage relatively easily. 2. Watt Electro Dash - S Power Shock - D Turbo Charge - B Mega Shock - D Watt is the most beloved partner in terms of battle viability and its not hard to see why. Number one, you’ll use 95% of the time, and when you’re not, you’re using Watt for her Defense Piercing Offensive Move free of charge. Turbo Charge is also pretty good, adding 1 attack to Mario allowing him to clean house more easily. You can’t go wrong with this Lil Sparky. 1. Bow Smack - A Outta Sight - S+ Spook - D Fan Smack - A Best in terms of character, and battle viability? You bet. Smack does the most damage out of the basic moves at 6 tied with Goombario. Fan Smack does the highest consistent damage out of any partner attack in the game. (Note that I said consistent. Sushie and Goombario can both outdamage her.) however, both attacks fall apart abruptly in the face of defense. Guess what? Almost zero enemies and bosses have defense so she can slap to her heart’s content. And then there’s Outta Sight. If you attack with Mario first, then hide him, that’s a full turn where Mario and Partner can’t be attacked or statused. That basically makes this move Rally Wink from TTYD, so Bow is a second Mario. That automatically puts her above the rest given 64 partners’s unfortunate dispositions. Sad that Veil took this quirk away… Wow that was a lot of commenting…
oh jeez this be a lot O_O ok but also not a joke I did this exact ranking system for each move when trying to decide for where each one should land LOL
I mainly use Spiny Surge against Huff n Puff. Enough damage to defeat the mini puffs, and minimizes the additional mini puffs that show up as a result.
@@ShroobInvader believe the 7 chapter bosses were all designed with the "partner of the chapter" in mind. Koopa Bros can get knocked over by Bombette. When you fight Tutankoopa, Parakarry will be the best partner for dealing with elevation. Tubba Blubba and his heart have no defense, perfect for Bow. Plus the heart has that charging attack. Watt pierces General Guy's defense. Sushi's water attacks may stun the Lava Piranha (if not stun, at least be super effective) I already mentioned the advantage of Spike vs Huff n Puff Chapter 7 is weird since you don't recruit any more partners. But I maintain that this is Kooper's chapter. Most of the enemies are on the ground and many are weak to fire. Plus story wise, he's gets some mandatory screen time with the dup's, and it's where he goes in the epilogue. Other than during the last segment, he's perfect for dealing with the Crystal King. Though far from optional, I use Goombario against Bowser so he doesn't get totally abandoned. Also, he seems the most fitting partner story wise to have out during the endgame scenes.
Watt Parakarry Sushie Goombario/Bow (Really situational) Bombette Kooper (Worse Bombette) Lakilester (ugh) Also I replied to your comment with my Color Splash ranking on your last vid, wish I could give more commentary on the levels I despise and like but whatever
My personal ranking is: Bombette Parakarry Kooper Goombario Lackilester Sushie Bow Watt I only ever used Bombette when i needed her to break a wall, and during chapter 3 against clefts. Parakarry is alright, i never usually used him though so yeah. Kooper is nice for taking out many floor enemies but thats about it. Goombario is nice for bosses with his charge but i usually end up using watt for bosses. Lackilester is introduced way too late but i like spiny surge, plus cloud 9 is really nice. Sushie has water block so shes good. Bow has veil i mean outta sight, which is basically a 2nd mario turn. Watt peirces defence which is very nice, and i like paralyzing enemies.
Mario 64 needs to add one partner the thousand year door needs to add 2 more Goombario=goombella Kooper=koops Bombette=admiral bobbery Parakarry= so I got a idea jammin bro a hammer bro with wings he is a boy that loves music and wear the black helmet you meet him in ch.6 he here to investigate the smorg and has fire and ice bros powers he’s not a typical detective tho he’s unorthodox and how he solve it but his superiors especially that penguin with the detective hat but he doesn’t believe he couldn’t and question his ways but you as a character or Mario tells yes his ways are weird but they bring results and he find out about the smorg first and fought with him and now his superiors respect him but he want to continue adventure with you because he wants to crack the biggest mystery about the shadow queen Bow= madam flurrie Watt=yoshi kid or Gonzalez Sushi=ok here the new one it’s toxic version of a cheep-cheep has the eyes of a dry brines and has the spikes In the back and spit poison her name is toxin aqua you met her in ch.5 she really mad you into her territory where admiral bobbery to his ship in order to get the treasure she reluctantly join you after defeating her and hates Cortez of being more toxic then her but as time goes one she become softer Vivian=lakilester Mrs.mowz=mousafa
My ranking for the partners 1.Watt 2.Bombette 3.parrakarry 4.sushi 5.koops 6.goombario 6.lakiluster 7.lady bow (yes I think she is the worst, fight me on that)
Nah I won't especially because defense will ruin her like I said lol, I think that shows this game's partners really doesn't have an overpowered one from the group, there are some moves that are great like Electro Dash, Outta Sight, and even stuff like Air Raid and Tidal wave, but not one partner is leagues above the others which is great
I personally disagree since the old paper Mario fans mostly enjoy this game quite a bit, but the modern paper Mario fans probably haven’t played it so it becomes slightly less spoken about than it really should be
@@ShroobInvaderok thx :D but about the vid I think the best is goombario cuz using him when he’s ultra ranked, Mario with the ultra boots and super jump charge, using all that u can easily beat huff n puff and crystal king, I have a video about it on my channel

I would move her up a bit on the list, but I get it. Bombett to me is just ok, to much FP. I would move her a bit down. I agree that bow is #1 for partners. Watt is also OP.
C-down is actually mapped to the X button in the NSO version, It's better to use that then the C stick.
My ranking:
8. Lakilester: he would maybe be decent if he weren’t the last partner, but he’s just so meh
7. Kooper: he’s great for ground enemies only, which is a huge problem. Koops in TTYD improved on this type of character by giving him Shell Shield and Shell Slam
Once again, TTYD improved on this type of character with Bobbery’s 0 FP move being Bomb
4. With that said, his other three moves are solid, so I’ll give him credit for that
3. Sushie: not only does she deal a ton of damage, but the water element is really useful, plus she can bolster Mario’s defense. Tidal Wave is also insanely strong, but the amount that it lags the game is atrocious
2. Bow: unless your enemy has higher defense, the amount of damage that this sassy ghost does for almost no FP is outstanding! Plus, Outta Sight is really useful in many scenarios. My one gripe is that in my opinion, TTYD improves this type of character with Vivian, but that doesn’t change how good this Boo is
Character List
8. Kooper (Literally all he is personality wise is a Professor Kolorado fanboy.)
7. Sushie (She’s a babysitter)
6. Goombario (A Goomba who idolizes Mario)
5. Watt (Her being a baby means she gets away with being a blank slate.)
4. Bombette (I honestly love how hotheaded she is. She’s definitely a menace as she says when you meet her.)
3. Parakarry (Man, so close to having a character… guys an incompetent mailman and is the reason the letter sidequest exists.)
2. Lakilester (Finally. A character. Love how this guy tries to be cool but is just a socially awkward Lakitu with insecurities. Also he’s in a relationship.)
1. Bow (Yep, no surprise. The partner with the MOST character and I love how sassy and cynical she is. She’s really funny.)
Battle Viability List
8. Bombette
Body Slam - F
Bomb - D
Power Bomb - D
Mega Bomb - F
Yep, she’s last place on the Battle Viability Spectrum.
7. Parakarry
Sky Dive - D
Shell Shot - B
Air Lift - F
Air Raid - E
Parakarry is basically better Bombette because he covers her main weaknesses with ease. Shell Shot is Better Bomb. Air Raid is Better Mega Bomb. Really his biggest dud is Air Lift which is an OHKO move that’s single target. It’s immediately outclassed by Spook.
6. Lakilester
Spiny Flip - D
Spiny Surge - D
Cloud Nine - D
Hurricane - E
Lakilester is actually pretty good.
5. Goombario
Headbonk - B
Tattle - FF
Charge - C
Multibonk - B
Theoretically, Goombario should be the most broken thing in the game with his Charge/Multibonk Combo, but when you only need like 15 FP at most, and furthermore, with how many turns it takes to get the desired Charge, said combo is horribly suboptimal. Also Multibonk is bugged. Maybe it’d be better if partner badges were a thing but they aren’t until TTYD. Also Tattle does LITERALLY NOTHING. So yeah.
4. Kooper
Shell Toss - E
Power Shell - C
Dizzy Shell - D
Fire Shell - C
Kooper has a lot going for him, like how he’s a more cost effective Bombette, but he also can’t reach midair enemies. His two AoE attacks are solid ways to mow rows down especially the latter but only in Chapter 7. Otherwise, he’s perfectly okay.
3. Sushie
Belly Flop - C
Squirt - B
Water Block - S
Tidal Wave - S
These top three are basically the trifecta of partners that truly hold their own in battle.
2. Watt
Electro Dash - S
Power Shock - D
Turbo Charge - B
Mega Shock - D
Watt is the most beloved partner in terms of battle viability and its not hard to see why.
1. Bow
Smack - A
Outta Sight - S+
Spook - D
Fan Smack - A
Best in terms of character, and battle viability? Sad that Veil took this quirk away…
Wow that was a lot of commenting…
oh jeez this be a lot O_O ok but also not a joke I did this exact ranking system for each move when trying to decide for where each one should land LOL
You should do a remake of your Mario and Luigi Final Boss ranking, I assume your opinion has changed a lot on them especially on Dark Bowser
I might eventually do that yeah
I mainly use Spiny Surge against Huff n Puff. Enough damage to defeat the mini puffs, and minimizes the additional mini puffs that show up as a result.
true that is like the one use for Spiny Surge I can absolutely see that use case
Sushi's water attacks may stun the Lava Piranha (if not stun, at least be super effective)
I already mentioned the advantage of Spike vs Huff n Puff
Chapter 7 is weird since you don't recruit any more partners.
Watt
Parakarry
Sushie
Goombario/Bow (Really situational)
Bombette
Kooper (Worse Bombette)
Lakilester (ugh)
Also I replied to your comment with my Color Splash ranking on your last vid, wish I could give more commentary on the levels I despise and like but whatever
fair lol and good list :D
Great vid bro 👍
thank you my friend
@@ShroobInvader your welcome
My personal ranking is:
Bombette
Parakarry
Kooper
Goombario
Lackilester
Sushie
Bow
Watt
I only ever used Bombette when i needed her to break a wall, and during chapter 3 against clefts.
Watt peirces defence which is very nice, and i like paralyzing enemies.
hearing you say you don't care about status moves/effects hurt my soul slightly, they can be super useful and versatile for so many fights.
I think thats also just because of how much of a beginner I am with this game lol
Power/Mega Shock actually works against the Anti-Guy Unit making them useful there
Mario 64 needs to add one partner the thousand year door needs to add 2 more
Goombario=goombella
Kooper=koops
Bombette=admiral bobbery
Parakarry= so I got a idea jammin bro a hammer bro with wings he is a boy that loves music and wear the black helmet you meet him in ch.6 he here to investigate the smorg and has fire and ice bros powers he’s not a typical detective tho he’s unorthodox and how he solve it but his superiors especially that penguin with the detective hat but he doesn’t believe he couldn’t and question his ways but you as a character or Mario tells yes his ways are weird but they bring results and he find out about the smorg first and fought with him and now his superiors respect him but he want to continue adventure with you because he wants to crack the biggest mystery about the shadow queen
Bow= madam flurrie
Watt=yoshi kid or Gonzalez
Sushi=ok here the new one it’s toxic version of a cheep-cheep has the eyes of a dry brines and has the spikes In the back and spit poison her name is toxin aqua you met her in ch.5 she really mad you into her territory where admiral bobbery to his ship in order to get the treasure she reluctantly join you after defeating her and hates Cortez of being more toxic then her but as time goes one she become softer
Vivian=lakilester
Mrs.mowz=mousafa
Can you please make a list of the optional boss
Will there be boss rankings for this game?
My ranking for the partners
1.Watt
2.Bombette
3.parrakarry
4.sushi
5.koops
6.goombario
6.lakiluster
7.lady bow (yes I think she is the worst, fight me on that)
Nah I won't especially because defense will ruin her like I said lol, I think that shows this game's partners really doesn't have an overpowered one from the group, there are some moves that are great like Electro Dash, Outta Sight, and even stuff like Air Raid and Tidal wave, but not one partner is leagues above the others which is great
Im fighting you she gives you a free pass on an attack and lets mario go twice basically
Paper mario is my favorite
Good choice :D
@@ShroobInvader I pefer ttyd.
L opinion
Partner Rankings:
Kooper
Watt
Goombario
Parakarry
Sushie
Lakilester
Bombette
Nice ranking :D
Personally I think paper Mario 64 is a underrated gem of a paper Mario game
I personally disagree since the old paper Mario fans mostly enjoy this game quite a bit, but the modern paper Mario fans probably haven’t played it so it becomes slightly less spoken about than it really should be
My favorite is Goombario, just like my favorite in TTYD is Goombella
Bow is Bae.
yes exactly
I always use watt for the final boss because of his dash because of his variety
Would you make an optional boss ranking for paper mario 64
Why don't you get more footage of battles?? This is such a long video to only have the same footage on a loop.
Shows all 4 moves thats the point
Lakilester…. More like bad…. Gottem
You literally could have just said Lakiluster but you literally just sad bad. That is sad LOL
@@ShroobInvader LOL SOMEONE ELSE PROBABLY FUCKIN SAID IT, ID RATHER BE SAD THAN UNORIGINAL
My fave is bow/lady bow and least fave is kooper probably
good choices :D
@@ShroobInvader thanks 😊
Goombario is the best, he breaks the game
he can be very powerful, but the fact that his moves are exactly like mario makes it seem a bit redundant to have both out at the same time
@@ShroobInvaderi think this comment was a reference to the youtuber strider7x imo THE paper mario 64 youtuber
I want to watch this when it comes out but I can’t D:
that's fine :D just watch it whenever you want to!
@@ShroobInvaderok thx :D but about the vid I think the best is goombario cuz using him when he’s ultra ranked, Mario with the ultra boots and super jump charge, using all that u can easily beat huff n puff and crystal king, I have a video about it on my channel
