With that Floyd Animals vibe into the stomp, just when you thought the melancholy was going to break you, they get you tapping your foot in joy..such a unique mix, genius really
@jonatherton he has a piezo pickup fitted to the guitar which simulates an acoustic sound that you can turn on and off with a switch on the guitar. The studio version is a real acoustic though. You can see him switch it off on the guitar right before the first chorus.
Twas lucky enough to see them @ the Coventry Godiva Festival in 2021. Best £5 early bird ticket Ive ever bought other than the £2.50 back in 79 to see Gary Numan ! 🩵😊
@@steventaylor6212 I saw them in 2005 and can't remember anything. Then in London back in March for two gigs. Hopefully they will be able to carry on next year but who knows.
