    So intuition can't warn you to move you away from something? It's confusing..

      It can be confusing for sure. Maybe think about it like this: intuition is neutral. There is no emotional charge with it. If you are sensing a warning it sounds like there is an emotion attached to that- most likely fear. If it is more like a “nope, that’s not for me” that can be intuition but there would be no fear. Does that help?

    I like the difference between fear and intuition, but I think moving away or towards something is not enough to capture it. When you are intuitive you can be highly agile with your environment, and that involves moving in all kinds of directions (I don't mean erratic, but adapted, like someone being agile with their body in a parcour). The issue with fear is that it clouds your judgements and creates tunnel vision and makes you highly stressed, so you can't think but also can't *feel* clearly. It would be great if there was something aside from grounding yourself (to reach a relaxed state), such that you are able to tap into your intuition even when in a highly emotionally aroused state. That would allow to make reasonable enough decisions in highly stressing situations.

      Love this! I think there are other “solutions “ other than traditional grounding work. They are more advanced and do take practice. Ultimately it is still a matter of being soul embodied or as you say grounded in the body. Have you tried bringing your awareness in your vertical tube that runs along the spine?

    What’s fear and intuition

    • @AshtonRalstonHSP
      @AshtonRalstonHSP  10 месяцев назад +2

      A simple answer to a complex question is fear is an emotional response to a stimuli (either external or internal) that creates a biochemical response in the body. Intuition is when you know something and you’re not sure how you know it- you just do. Hope that helps 💖

    I get stuck trusting my intuition

      For many of us we have to learn to trust our intuition. It takes practice. You could start with playing around with it. Practice with smaller things. So instead of should I change careers, you could work with what exercise does my body like or where do I want to take my next weekend get away- something like that…
