Looking good! I went through many red parts on my 87 always replacing them with newer looking ones until 2001 when I found a pretty mint black 90 interior. It was only missing a couple of the armrest plugs and one console cover, so those got dyed. I used fresh vinyl to cover the dash pad and the console lid. I might need to get those LMR armrest pads soon though. Great job!
We deal with snow all winter here in Nova Scotia Canada. That is why my mustangs are stored away for half the year. Sucks right?! I bought the door panel backer boards from LMR for my 90 GT black interior might have to tackle them soon.
Looks like it matches great! Was planning on doing this to a few of my parts when the weather warms up. How durable/scratch resistant is the SEM dye when finished?
Hell yeah man! Rad stuff.
My SEM dye interior is looking factory new 6 years later, that stuff is magic.
Seriously was just looking for this to match panels in my Jeep. Thanks man.
This is one great video. Interior pieces and seats I've ever dyed never turned out quite right. Thanks for posting this.
Any time you are doing paint or dye prep is 98% of what makes it turn out good.
Is this product the same as duplicolor vinyl and fabric spray can? Are they both dye? Thanks in advance to whom ever answers!
Wow! Those came out super nice! Great work as always man!
You did a awesome job on that paint brotha! They look brand spankin new! 👍🏻👌🏼💯

Dang that looks 100%👍👍👍 so the question I have is will the dye wear off or is it very durable??? Looking good brother!!👊👊👍👍💪💪
The black is definitely the way to go. Arm rests look killer!👍🏽
Looking at dying my interior soon myself. Interesting stuff.

Looks amazing. You did a great job prepping them.
Nice job on the interior, looks amazing!
Wow! Awesome results!
Jenn at Fox resto recommended go jo instead of dawn. I get it many different ways to handle it.
"warm as possible" well I guess ill do mine on a hot sunny day in Florida
What happens if it gets scratched? Will the paint just chip off?
I'm ready for all the white stuff to melt!
Looks great. Thanks for the how-to.
Wonder how well you could dye red to grey?
It’s all in the prep work. That’s where most people mess up.
Sprayed the floor on the first pass! Can’t keep nothing nice 😂
Good video!
When did you use the grease and wax remover? Was it before Prep spray?
Amazing results, can’t wait to do mine…
Does anyone know where to get those plugs ? To cover the screws
Broooooo I love your fuckn shop ,it was like you opened the door to my heaven
What if the new piece is black but you need it gray?
how's the coating holding up?🙏🏼
You ever dye the door panels?
U didn't have to use the primer?
Looks good.I prefer the Landeau black myself. Either way looks💯 better.👍
Can you paint the switch plates?

Those 5.0 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
How well is that stuff work long term?
So sad i can't get this paint in oxford white in europe 🥺
How has it held up it's been a year since install
Great work Brother!!!💪🏼🇺🇸
What rags are those?
I wanna know how 2 years later this held up.
While you guys weren't looking I went back dried it.
That's not dye, it's paint.
Exactly
Cool stuff!
I don't think this type of dye lasts
Next time leave a link in the bio
Color coat is not a dye, just fyi… good results though
no adhesion promoter ?
