Thank you so much for the video. I am suffering from toothache from past 10days and it is worst pain I have ever experienced. I am trying this exercise from past 5 days and I was really suprised that with in 10-15 mins it was reducing my pain to 80% and was able keep pain free for atleast 3 hrs. So I was giving a try 2-3 times in the morning and just taking a tablet only at night time to get proper sleep.

You won’t be able to rub your face with your braces... I just got mine taken out. I’d take ibuprofen for the first day because it was so painful and ate very soft foods... Hope you’re not hurting too much 🥺
@@vivihan5021 what I do is to use your thumb and index to apply pressure and squeeze back and forth the base of your finger nails. Do it for every finger and stay longer when you feel pain. The nail is equivalent to your tooth, the part in between the knuckle and the base of the nail is the gum. That's why you can apply acupressure here.

Thank you for your helpful methods , i will continue to keep doing this if i feel any pain aswell as taking ibroprophen / paracetamol and swirling my mouth out with salt and warm water in a glass. I also find that using mouth wash helps aswell when garling abd swirling your mouth out with it just like the warm salt water method.
