Why I continue training kendo | traditional Japanese martial arts

We interviewed Elizabeth who competed in World Kendo Championships four times as China team. Without hesitation she said to us, "I want to do most beautiful kendo that I can as a person".
Elizabeth was born and raised in USA ,Virginia. A woman born in the 80's USA, a place with no connection to kendo. Why was she so fascinated with kendo? The key to understanding the source of her passion was the movie "Seven Samurai".

You can start at any age. I train a 75 year old who started with 68 and passed 2nd dan.
